Dear Mr C We are very sorry to receive your review and that you have been so disappointed in the care your wife received whilst at Blenheim House last year. I can assure you that your complaint was thoroughly investigated last September, and we have tried to invite you to meet with us to share our findings and assure you of our care standards. It is unfortunate that these were declined. Residents' care is always our priority here and we can only apologise again if you did not find this to be the case at Blenheim House.
