We recently celebrated my husband's birthday with private dining; the staff did everything to ensure we had a great time; the meal was superb and the birthday cake definitely had the 'wow' factor! Our thanks to the sous chef, and all in Hospitality.
The home is clean, bright and tidy and the rooms light, spacious, well-furnished and decorated.

A bit now about staff; my mum was when entering extremely withdrawn and quite aloof but staff persevered and mum came to love them ,they'd hold her hand reassure her and she even began to join in events.
For mum and I they became our best friends our rocks.

There was a daily programme of events which we could take part in if we wished, for example Quizzes, chair exercises, arts and crafts and weekly entertainment such as a celebration of St Patrick's Day. A treat too to visit the hairdresser and perhaps have a manicure! A favourite place was the Bistro where we could go for a coffee, or any other drink and delicious cake or, with notice, have lunch with family or friends. What more can I say, just excellent! Thank you everyone.
