My father has now been a resident for 2 months and he is starting to settle in. The staff have been incredibly kind, patient and supportive both towards my father but also myself and my mother as we adjust to him being there. The staff send very regular updates which is really reassuring especially during the early days of settling in. They are always warm and welcoming when we visit and it seems a home from home.
Thank you so much for your lovely review about Tripletrees. We're delighted to hear that you feel well cared for by your father and appreciate our kind staff. We take great pride in providing exceptional care and your kind words about our staff being "incredibly kind, patient and supportive" mean...
They have different things to do with exercise and they do an excursion to the beach in the local town.
Can not praise them enough and via text, they send photos and videos and also messages.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this wonderful 5-star review! We're delighted to hear that your mum received dignified and caring treatment during her brief stay with us. Providing exceptional care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents, no matter the duration of...
I moved my Mum from a previous care setting, the positive changes to my Mum's overall well-being, are very obvious. My mum is very contented, she enjoys joining in with the daily activities, and is able to maintain a level of independence. Residents are at peace, and enjoy daily tasks, activities and occasional day trips. Great communication between the care home and myself, which gives me peace of mind.
Thank you so much for this incredibly positive review. We are so pleased that your mum has settled so well at Tripletrees, and I will make sure the entire team know how grateful you are for their efforts!
After moving Mum to Tripletrees Care Home from another nearby home, the transformation in Mum was immense. They recognised her needs immediately and treated her with respect and dignity. Two words stick out for me, Care which they certainly do and Home, which they truly do provide. The manager and the whole team do a great job. Communication through the family social media group gives excellent up-to-date information, on health issues, doctor visits and daily activities. I cannot speak highly enough of Tripletrees in respect of Mum's care. You can of course find slightly more salubrious facilities elsewhere but you certainly won't find better care than that provided by Tripletrees Care Home. You feel the ambience of warmth and kindness as soon as you walk through the door. Would happily recommend Tripletrees.
Thank you so much dear Gary for sharing your great experience with Tripletrees. We truly understand how difficult the decision was to move your mum from another care home to us and we're grateful for the trust you've placed in Tripletrees and we have proved it. It warms our hearts to hear that you...
All the staff are very friendly. They regularly update me when the doctor has visited so I'm confident my father's health needs are being met. I receive photos and videos of trips and activities my father takes part in, this is really appreciated as I don't live nearby.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, always interacting with the residents making each and everyone one included.
My stepmother really enjoys going for walks and being able to sit in the garden.
So a massive thank you to you all for taking the time to help her settle and look after her.
Thank you for your review. we strive to ensure that our service users and their loved ones feel welcome and comfortable at Tripletrees. this review really means a lot to us.
My mother joined the home in Feb this year The staff at Trippletrees made the transition extremely easy for us all The staff support to both myself and my mother has been exceptional The staff are friendly, kind and the home itself is amazing with daily activities and provides individual care needs to each resident The regular updates and photos on the family social media platform reassures us and it’s great to see what mums been doing.
Dear Family,Thank you for your great review. It is our absolute pleasure to care for your mum at Tripletrees and I'll of course pass on these lovely comments to the team at our daily meeting. Thanks
My aunt was a resident at Tripletrees for two years before she died just before Christmas 2023 aged 91. The managers and staff at Tripletrees are nothing short of wonderful. My aunt received such good care and attention, and we visited regularly. There were regular activities organised too. We got to know the staff well, they are so professional but with all those personal touches that are so valuable. I will miss them. It was so reassuring that my aunt was in such good and safe hands there. I wholeheartedly recommend Tripletrees. Thank you so much, very best wishes to the whole team.

My mum moved in from hospital, never had been in this environment before. The staff and Manager made her feel very welcome and friendly. Having daily updates via the app. As a family, this has given us reassurance with the decision made.
We are very proud to have your mother at Tripletrees. She always has a smile on her face and engages and enjoys doing little tasks. Your mum has only been here since the beginning of this month and you have noticed the efforts we put into maintaining our high standard of care and the environment at...
The care home looks after our mother with kindness, and compassion and is very professional. As she has difficulty swallowing after several strokes they prepare her food, and sometimes she has her own menu. Nothing is too much trouble for them. When she had a stroke in December the care home managed to find her another room as she could not walk the 3 stairs to her original room after the stroke. As our mother likes to go out, they take her when the weather is good they take her in her wheelchair. The care home treats my mother in a dignified manner.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that your mother has settled in Tripletrees and that you've had such positive interactions with our team. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we're committed to providing the best care possible for your loved ones. If you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out. Many Thanks
Mum had come to Tripletrees straight from hospital. They made her feel so very welcome. Our family were all so reassured when mum was there that she would be well looked after. Communication was also great via social media. Nothing was ever too much trouble every member of staff put their heart and soul into the place and they were professional in every way. We were sad to say goodbye. We highly recommend Tripletrees and wish them all success for the future.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave Tripletrees such a lovely review. It was our absolute pleasure to take care of your mother and we will miss her greatly. I will of course pass on your feedback to our entire team. Many thanks.
The managers and staff at Tripletrees have created a loving and caring atmosphere which makes residents and visitors feel at home.
Mum enjoyed taking part in all the regular activities, including a trip to Brighton Pier. Good use of modern technology means we have many pictures and videos.
High standard of care, meals and facilities.
Great communications with relatives regarding care, doctors' visits and medications.
I have found all the staff to be friendly, kind, caring and respectful of the residents' needs.
Many thanks to all the staff at Tripletrees.
Dear Family, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a heartwarming review. We are extremely pleased to hear that you are very happy with the service provided at Tripletrees Care home for your mum. We can promise that we will continue our best care for all our other residents here, thank you.
Since we moved Mum into Tripletrees Residential Care Home, we have noticed a marked improvement in her well-being and now feel fully confident that she is in a safe and very caring environment. She also participates in some of the activities which are provided by Tripletrees, which is a first for Mum!
Dear family, Thank you for this outstanding five-star review. The hard-working team at Tripletrees will be so pleased to hear your kind words. Our fully trained staff work closely with GPs and specialist teams to deliver the highest standards of care in a welcoming and homely environment. Big thanks.
When I visited, Mum seemed very content and well cared for.
Thank you for your kindness.
On behalf of the whole team, thank you for writing this review. Your mother was welcomed into Tripletrees only for a short while and will be sadly missed. I will ensure the team have time to read your review. Thanks again.
The essentials of day-to-day care are very efficient. The home maintains a proactive relationship with a local GP surgery and the staff quickly pick up on any matters where examination by a doctor is appropriate. When I visit Mum, she is clean, appropriately dressed and looks cared for. She is involved in her meal choices and encouraged to participate in the many activities that are offered.
I think, however, that the most important thing to say about Tripletrees is that the residents are treated with a gentle, quiet kindness and affection. Mum's Alzheimer's means that she can sometimes be challenging to deal with; yet the staff display, always, gentle encouragement and respect. I think this is hugely important.
Placing a loved one in a home is never easy but I am confident that Mum is being well looked after here.
Dear family, thank you very much for your kind words and high recommendation in your review. The staff's commitment to the utmost care and compassion for each resident at Tripletrees is shown through their dignity, respect and tireless work, supporting each and every resident day and night, this is...
My sister has always been happy and content when I go. She is well-fed and given interesting activities. All her health needs are seen with speed and efficiency. The atmosphere of caring makes the people residents feel safe and loved. Many thanks to everybody on the staff.
Thank you very much for completing this review for Tripletrees. We really appreciate your comments and feedback. I promise we will continue our best care for your sister and to all our residents.
Many thanks
My mother has been a resident of Tripletrees for a number of years now and has always been treated with the care and respect she deserves. There is a high standard of care given by all of the staff at Tripletrees and they often ask for ways to keep the residents entertained alongside their regular communications with family members. Overall I have no issues and feel my mother is more than content in her surroundings.
Thank you for your feedback, we will continue to do very well.
The staff we have encountered on our visits have been consistently professional, polite approachable, patient and caring. It is evident that they care for the safety and well-being of all the residents. The facilities are clean and tidy. We get text updates of activities and meeting invites. It is really lovely to see mum interacting with the other residents and taking part in the activities.
Thank you for your review, we will continue to do very well and I will pass your comments to our team.
I am more than happy with the care and attention given. I appreciate the up dates and communication. I think that the activities are varied and of great benefit. The staff are always happy and helpful.
many thanks
Emily
Mum has been a resident of Tripletrees for nearly three years. She has settled well and is very happy with the friendly attitude of all staff and I am happy that she is well cared for. Regular GP visits are carried out, and if there are any concerns or indeed no concerns, I am regularly updated efficiently. Mum particularly enjoys the porridge for breakfast and is keen to tell me about it when I visit.
Overall I have no concerns with Tripletrees and the Manager is always available to discuss anything.
Thank you for your feedback, we will continue to do our best. Always happy to accept your advice. Hope to see you at our 'residents family meeting' next week.
