My mother was only at the care home a few days before she passed away. The staff were very caring and kept us updated, sending photos of Mum joining in on activities.
When I visited, Mum seemed very content and well cared for.

Mum has been a resident at Tripletrees Residential Care Home for six months now. The progress of her Alzheimer's disease meant that, sadly, she was no longer able to live independently.
The essentials of day-to-day care are very efficient. The home maintains a proactive relationship with a local GP
surgery and the staff quickly pick up on any matters where examination by a doctor is appropriate. When I visit Mum, she is clean, appropriately dressed and looks cared for. She is involved in her meal choices and encouraged to participate in the many activities that are offered.
I think, however, that the most important thing to say about Tripletrees is that the residents are treated with a gentle, quiet kindness and affection. Mum's Alzheimer's means that she can sometimes be challenging to deal with; yet the staff display, always, gentle encouragement and respect. I think this is hugely important.
Placing a loved one in a home is never easy but I am confident that Mum is being well looked after here.

My mother has been a resident of Tripletrees for a number of years now and has always been treated with the care and respect she deserves. There is a high standard of care given by all of the staff at Tripletrees and they often ask for ways to keep the residents entertained alongside their regular communications
with family members. Overall I have no issues and feel my mother is more than content in her surroundings.

The staff we have encountered on our visits have been consistently professional, polite approachable, patient and caring. It is evident that they care for the safety and well-being of all the residents. The facilities are clean and tidy. We get text updates of activities and meeting invites. It is really

Mum has been a resident of Tripletrees for nearly three years. She has settled well and is very happy with the friendly attitude of all staff and I am happy that she is well cared for. Regular GP visits are carried out, and if there are any concerns or indeed no concerns, I am regularly updated efficiently.
Mum particularly enjoys the porridge for breakfast and is keen to tell me about it when I visit.


Overall I have no concerns with Tripletrees and the Manager is always available to discuss anything.

A homely environment with caring staff. Mother has been a resident for about four years. I am kept updated on her health at each weekly visit and by social media messages, photos and videos in between. Any changes or updates in mum's health or medication are notified immediately. It is reassuring to
know that mum is so well cared for.

Mum has been living at Tripletrees since April and has settled in well, with the enormous help of all the carers. The carers are extremely professional and keep me posted with news of mum, plus photo updates on social media communications. Tripletrees is very homely and has a lot of people coming in
with animals to show the residents. Mum particularly loved Millie the horse who came in the garden.


I feel happy and relaxed knowing mum is safe and happy.

My father has received great care whilst living at Triple Trees. He has been very well looked after and the whole family is thankful for the care and attention given to him. The staff at the home are always caring and responsive and manage to create a homely and welcoming environment. They also provide
numerous and regular activities- singing, dancing, games and outings which are enjoyed by all.

Since Mum has become a Resident at Tripletrees she is really being cared for and is safe. As a family, we couldn't be happier. Staff and facilities are extremely excellent and Mum seems to be happy, any health issues are dealt with quickly with information being passed on to us.

My mum has Alzheimer's and, following a bad fall, it became clear she could no longer live at home, even with four daily care visits. Mum has been at Tripletrees for almost ten months now and I can honestly say all the worries we had as a family, prior to the move, were never realised. Mum settled much
easier than we thought she would and no longer complains of feeling lonely. We always had lots of tears but she hasn't cried once since living at Tripletrees. The personal care is first class. The emotional support is heartfelt and genuine. Mum's healthcare is well managed and we are always kept informed following regular visits from Mum's GP. Communication between the home and ourselves is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. The entertainment arranged by Tripletrees is amazing too. They are always playing fun games, making cakes or having visits from owners with their pets or from singing groups. All this is done in a safe and clean environment. Highly recommended.

I always worried that Mum wouldn't settle in a care home! How wrong I was! Mum has dementia and had a nasty fall at home. Her time in hospital and rehab was unhappy and that made us all very anxious when it was decided that she could no longer look after herself. Mum has been at Tripletrees since December
2022 and after the initial settling-in period is the happiest I have known her in a very long time. The care from the manager and her team has been second to none! Mum adores every one of them and they have gained her full trust. The variety of activities has been amazing and everyone is encouraged to take part...visits from animals, gardening, flower arranging, puzzles, games, massage, pedicure to name but a few - last week the horse visited for the residents to brush and stroke her! Mum always looks so clean and well cared for with a big smile on her face. Thank you so much to all of you!

Although my husband and I, were really anxious when mum first arrived at Tripletrees from hospital, very soon both mum, my husband and I, her other son and all the family realised that this was the perfect place for her illness and that her own quality of life has improved immensely. What a relief for
those who love someone with the disease of dementia!


Recently, funding indicated that mum may have to move but with the Manager and the staff behind us, that decision has been revoked and we could not be more pleased. It’s also really lovely to see that the staff are very pleased too!


Mum is content, stimulated and cared for with great empathy and above all, dignity. And all her family are extremely grateful.

Mum never wanted to leave her home, to reside in a care home but has been so kindly cared for and treated with such understanding and patience. Mum now seems settled. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who have always kept us well informed throughout mums stay. Regular updates on doctors visits
medication and mums condition. Really happy with the care home and staff.

My mother has dementia and my sister's and I could no longer give her the care she needed at home. It was a daunting prospect putting mum into a care home but we needn't have been concerned. Mum has been at Tripletrees Residential Care Home for a little over a year now and apart from the initial settling
in there have been no problems, Mum seems content and settled now. All the staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. They all work extremely hard and are very caring they do their utmost to make the residents happy. We get regular updates regarding mums medication, doctor's and dentist visits and also many pictures and videos of her joining in activities. There is a feeling of one big family. I would highly recommend.

My mother was in Tripletrees for over four years until March 2023.
From the start, I found the staff friendly and welcoming. My mum was well cared for and treated with dignity throughout.
Any medical needs were attended to promptly and I was kept informed of treatment and outcomes. My mother was happy
when I visited and always looked well-dressed and clean.
Tripletrees is bright, well maintained and homely. The staff are kind, polite and welcoming.
Communication with the home was good and enquiries were dealt with promptly. Booking a visit was straightforward and staff were happy to accommodate changes. During the pandemic, every effort was made to keep residents safe and I feel staff went above and beyond in their duty of care at this time.
When my mother was at end of life, I was shown real understanding. Both our needs were always taken into consideration. We were treated with courtesy and respect and as her advocate, I felt listened to. Overall, our experience was very positive.

Having had a fall at home, Mum spent three months in hospital. She has dementia and it was decided by all the safest place for her would be to be cared for in a home. We were a bit apprehensive at first but to get a place in Tripletrees Residential Care Home was a blessing in disguise. Mum has been
there since early March 2023 and has settled in very well. The staff are all amazing and always on hand to help with smiles on their faces. Mum is joining in with all the activities, games, bingo, puzzles and gardening to name but a few. There is a hairdresser and chiropodist with regular calls from the doctors and regular updates via WhatsApp with photos. Mum has great difficulty with her memory but willingly goes with a member of staff with a smile when our visits are over. In such a short time, Tripletrees has changed her life and when we left her last week Mum said we were welcome to her home any time.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with the care that Mum receives from the manager and her team. It means so much that I can trust this care home implicitly and without question. Mum has been looked after by the Tripletrees team for over 3 years to date, all through the lockdown periods - it was
so comforting to know that Mum was protected and safe; Tripletrees Residential Care Home reacted to Covid professionally and quickly, I never worried once. I know now that this is typical of Tripletrees, a care home that genuinely cares.

    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the registered maximum number of service users in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Care Home registered for a maximum of 50 service users has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 28 registered maximum number of service users is 5.6, which has been reached with 33 Positive reviews. Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Care Home does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
