My mother has been at Tripletrees Residential Care Home since February 2022, she has dementia.
The staff worked miracles, getting her to trust and accept them which she does whole-heatedly. In fact, she positively beams at them whenever they approach her.

My Father in Law went into Tripletrees Residential Care Home almost 5 years ago for a months respite for my Mother in Law, with an option for him to reside if he settled and was happy. We visited him after two weeks and found a completely different man. He was happy to see us, wanted to show us his
room, meet his friends and much more. He was completely relaxed and not at all anxious when we left. Tripletrees had got his dementia into a well organised routine which suited him. He enjoyed his trips out and organised indoor events. The staff have always treated "dad", as though he was their own family, with dignity, respect, and love. He was always happy, clean and well dressed and we were always kept up to date via emails texts and videos, regarding events, Doctor and dentist visits and concerns and have always found them easily approachable. His health deteriorated in the last few months and passed away peacefully in April with his family with him. This is an excellent Care Home.

My mum joined Triple Trees Residential Care Home last year, she was on palliative care. Mum was their first palliative care guest. She didn't want to go into care, but after a few weeks she was so happy. The staff treated mum as if they were looking after their own mum. She passed away on Friday, and
I can not express how happy and content Mum was, they were with her till the end. I would fully recommend this home to anyone looking to help their loved ones.

Excellent care is given to my Mum who is 92 and suffers from Alzheimer's by the manager and her staff. Regular doctor visits when required, hairdresser, chiropodists and dental visits as required. Mum always appears clean and well-dressed. Lots of feedback via WhatsApp, texts regarding doctors' visits
and any concerns, videos and photos showing mum singing along, playing games like Bingo, Jenga and painting. The staff make a great effort to give the residents something to do instead of just sitting and staring at the walls. The meals are first class, as is the care. We are thankful they were able to take Mum in when the time came. Thank you all for your efforts to make Mum's life as happy and fulfilling as possible.

My review is based upon nearly three years of experience at Triple Trees caring for my wife. In that time I have come to appreciate and realise what a wonderful and professional job the staff do in occasional difficult circumstances, l do not think l have ever seen a member of staff in any way stressed
or unhappy, they usually have a smile on their face and when l visit, I'm always greeted with a welcoming smile also. The care has been carried out in particularly difficult times with the pandemic causing extra problems. Thank you Triple Trees.

Mum was a resident for over three years until we lost her in July. She was looked after with great care and love and we, as a family, were welcomed. Extremely happy with the services and staff. Cannot fault them on how they look after Mum. She is very happy there. She loves how they treat her and she always has a smile on her face, when I visit. Very welcoming and supportive.

My mother has been in Tripletrees since May this year. I have found the staff to be very caring and kind. Mum took a while to settle but now seems very happy. Mum struggled with walking but with the encouragement of the lovely staff, she now manages to walk with a frame. Mum lived on her own before
this and it has really helped that she now has the company of others and is encouraged to join in with all the activities the home provides. I would be happy to recommend Tripletrees.

My brother was in Tripletrees care for just over 2 years. The staff looked after him incredibly well and made me feel very welcome, whenever I went to visit. Letting us speak to him on the phone and messaging me during the period of lockdown when we were unable to visit him face to face. He always told
me how happy he was in their care. They informed us of all the changes to his medication and his care requirements due to his special needs. During his last few weeks, we were able to visit any time that was suitable for us, and kept us updated on everything throughout the final hours. Also being concerned about how we were coping, after his passing. We came to regard the staff as extended family.

Following an attack of Cellulitis in 2020 which caused considerable damage to my legs I spent 10 days in hospital in Haywards Heath, where I was placed on a course of drugs and painkillers. When I was fit to move around in a wheelchair and the hospital was under Covid pressure, they arranged for me
to transfer to Tripletrees as I understand they had a vacant room at that time. I was still wheelchair-bound and on drugs and painkillers. I was allocated a chair in the corner of the general lounge near to the toilet and TV and I was made very comfortable. The bedroom was small for the wheelchair but otherwise comfortable. Eventually, when a larger room became available, I was moved in. The staff were very caring. I was allocated a seat in the dining room next to the kitchen, which made contact with the staff easy. Dining room service was very good as was the food, both quality and quantity, although inevitably, at times, repetitive.

My mum settled in well at Tripletrees in the first couple of days, warming immediately to the loving, caring, kindness of the staff. My experience in dealing with everyone there was brilliant. The management of Mum's care was superb, keeping me informed straight away of any changes in her health and
quickly getting to know and remember her individual needs. Their attention to detail and honest feedback was excellent (especially having to rely on remote communication settling her in, due to the pandemic). They dealt brilliantly with socially distanced safe visits when permitted. Handing my mum's care over to a residential home was the hardest decision I have ever had to make, the staff at Tripletrees made it so much easier. The care and compassion when Mum was diagnosed as being end of life were amazing, treating her with love and dignity. Miraculously, she was only confined to bed on her last day. The support we received throughout could not have been better; they were like family.

I lost my father in August who had been cared for by Tripletrees. I was very happy with his care. My mother is also cared for at the same home. They made every effort to sit them together. My father visited my mother every day, so when the time came for him to be cared for, he felt this was his next
home and settled in very easily
I live in Scotland and visit every 4 - 6 weeks. Communication is very important to me. The home always keeps me informed, I phone regularly between visits, and they will try to get my mum to speak to me and tell me how she is doing.
When my parents were taken into the home I was impressed by the effort taken to decorate their room with their pictures and belongings, photos and interest were taken in their past life.
When I lost my father, the manager phoned at 5:30 am to warn me he was failing. I was so grateful to be given details as his passing was fairly quick. My father was a smart man, and I was grateful the home ensured he was dressed accordingly, as he would have liked.

My sister has been in the care of Tripletrees for over 3 years. During this time I have been very pleased with her care and for the kindness shown to her, even though she could be difficult at times due to her health problems. The management's policy of non-restricted times for visiting gave me great
comfort. I knew that I could arrive at any reasonable time and always receive a positive welcome. My sister loved a cuddle, but only from people that she liked, and I often saw members of staff giving her a hug. This always made her smile. The management/staff, whilst remaining friendly, were always very professional. The Covid-19 virus has placed a huge burden on them all, but they never faltered in their care. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to you all for your care for a beloved sister.

My Alzheimer's husband, 89, has been here at Tripletrees for over 15 months and nothing is too much for this excellent residential home who are extremely friendly and welcoming. My husband would like to stay here forever, he is very happy and content. The staff are amazing, all of them are very kind,
friendly, very helpful and accommodating. All residents are well cared for and monitored constantly with safety at all times. You will be lucky to stay here as the standard is very high. Thanks to the owners and of course their remarkable and talented staff.

Our mother went into Tripletrees following a brief illness and was resident for just over a year. She settled in quickly and felt at home and said the staff were always kind to her. The family were able to visit at any time and were always made welcome. It was a comfort to us to know that when we left
after visiting Mum we could be confident that she was being well looked after. The staff understood our mother and encouraged her to start eating again, and helped to improve her mobility after a couple of spells in hospital. They always kept us informed of any change in her health and updated us on medical professionals' visits. Improvements were constantly being made to Tripletrees for the benefit of residents. Rather than being admitted to hospital, which would have distressed mum, we were grateful that she was able to remain at Tripletrees where the dedicated, caring staff provided excellent end of life care, which was a great comfort to us and we were able to be with her constantly.

My mum was looked after by very caring staff at Triple Trees for just over three years. They had a good understanding of her needs and adapted the care as time went on. There was one key person who knew mum the best and there was excellent communication between the staff. We were kept informed of all
changes, appointments and events. We are grateful that mum was able to stay at Triple Trees until the end of her life. The end of life care meant that she was in a familiar environment with staff who know her and this was so reassuring for her and for the family.
Triple Trees changed owners during mum's time there and they made significant changes and updates, especially with the light and airy conservatory and the outside space. They really tried to make the whole home 'homely'.

My Mother had dementia and after two falls at home, we had to find her a Care Home. We looked at a few in the area but we were most impressed with Tripletrees. The Home is well run and the residents are treated with great care and respect. The food is very good. A new conservatory has been added and
my Mother loved to sit and relax in the quiet room. Regular meetings are held where you can ask questions and make suggestions to the Management. They are always keen to listen and make changes where necessary. My Mother often said she was happy here and I would recommend Tripletrees to anyone. Thank you to all the staff for their care and kindness.

My father became a resident at Tripletrees in March 2019 after a month-long stay in hospital. From the moment he arrived there he was given wonderful care. They rehabilitated him and got him interested in walking and enjoying his food again. The management and staff are extremely caring to residents
and their families. My father started to deteriorate and knowing our families' wish to keep him from going back into hospital, they agreed with his GP to give him end of life care. He died peacefully on August 19th with Tripletrees staff giving him the most compassionate care. We were so grateful.

My mother-in-law was a resident from September 2018 until April 2019.
Both my wife and I noted that the standard of care was very high (reflected in the recent QCC report).
The staff were always helpful and my mother-in-law was at all times, clean, well presented and free of any urine infections,
having suffered considerably before being a resident.
The subsidiary care was also of a high standard, such as haircutting, nails painted, entertainment provided.
Medical care when required was available very quickly.
A very well run care home.
