My nana has been at Rugby Care Centre for a few months and I can see that she is very happy here. The staff have been a great help and have dealt with any problems well. The home itself is a wonderful place and she is able to take part in a variety of activities which I can see makes her very happy.

My husband suffered from dementia and was at Rugby Care Centre where the great staff took very good care of him. He was looked after really well and I was always made welcome when I visited.

My mother is in this care home. I could not be happier, I know she is well cared for and do not have to worry. I cannot praise the staff enough, they are always pleasant and willing to help.

My uncle stayed at this home briefly for respite and the staff did amazingly well with him and were always happy to oblige to our requests as we were very nervous for him to come into a care home. The place gave my auntie a much needed break and everyone was really lovely to him even when he was a bit

Residents are treated with dignity and care (a great deal of care) by staff who provide professional care and respect. They go out of their way to provide a safe, secure, loving atmosphere.
Management and staff work together extremely well, maintaining a high standard of both physical and emotional
provisions for the health, welfare, maintenance and protection for the residents.

The manager and carers were welcoming, food good, rooms are clean. I was taught to use a Zimmer which is why I am here to get mobile. The entertainments are good and the care home is near some small shops. Help is given to me to visit the loo etc. Had a lovely shower recently. My husband and friends
visit whenever possible. Physio is coming next week. The home is very good.

What a lovely home this is! I had such a fantastic stay at the Rugby Care Centre as the staff were just so wonderfully kind and helpful.
Nothing I asked them for was too much. I had a beautiful room overlooking upon the garden and it was just so quiet and peaceful to look at.
Thank you to such a hardworking
team and especially to the manager of the home. I only came for a few weeks but should the opportunity come about, I will be sure to return.

Just visited my elderly uncle for the first time at Rugby Care Centre Residential Home. I'm quite impressed with it overall, after a good chat with my uncle and the manager as well.
I'm really glad to see they are doing a good job looking after him.
I was made to feel very welcome and will be visiting
again soon.
