I have been very pleased with the standard of care my mother has received whilst at Langley Lodge. My mothers needs can be complex but all staff treat her respect at all times. The care extends to family - my father is very well supported by the staff.

My mum moved to Langley lodge in January, we went and viewed beforehand hand, and from the moment we entered we knew it was going to be perfect.
The staff were friendly, all our questions answered with honesty and such a warm homely feeling.
The care my mum received was with dignity and compassion.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Management, carers, housekeepers and kitchen staff are all welcoming and approachable and nothing is too much trouble.
Highly recommended.

My nan is currently here, the staff are amazing to my nan, she's very welcomed there soon as she arrived and settled in straight away. The home is always very clean, the staff are very welcoming & so polite, they help my nan with anything she needs. The care she receives is brilliant

We visited the home a few days before my mum moved in. The warm friendly manner of the person in charge was lovely. She showed us around and answered many questions we put to her. The home had a loving warm Homely feel. Since my mum moved in all staff members have been so lovely kind & caring. They

Langley Lodge is a fantastic care home with lovely caring staff. I mean this from the bottom of my heart, staff are very professional, all of them from the cleaners all the way up to the management. The rooms are just as you would want them clean everything you want and need, food is good, dietry dislikes
to food are all taken care of. There is a lovely conservatory where you can go and sit, eat, watch television although there is one in every room. Langley Lodge is always lovely and warm.

Although Mum was only at Langley Lodge for the last two weeks of her life, she was treated with care and respect. She was washed every day, her hair brushed, her teeth cleaned and clean clothes every morning. After months of being in hospital where for obvious reasons, personal care takes a back seat.
Mum was given her dignity back at the end.

My dad came to Langley Lodge after a stay in hospital. He was sent there for palliative care and we were unsure whether this was a suitable place for him. We need not have worried as he was shown care and compassion by all the staff and this was also extended towards visiting family and friends.
My mum, brothers, grandchildren and wider family would like to thank all the lovely staff for looking after Dad and treating him with the utmost dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you so much.

My mum came to Langley from hospital in May and was in need of quite a lot of care. Over the past three months the staff have helped her get mobile again; healed an ungradeable bed sore and given her back her confidence to be independent. All of the staff are incredibly caring, kind and treat Mum with
love and dignity. The food is freshly prepared and home-cooked and excellent quality - nothing is too much trouble for the residents. The home is always clean and the communal areas filled with flowers and welcoming. The volunteers who come in to carry out activities are also amazing - pamper days; themed nights - it really makes the residents feel special. They have truly worked miracles in making Mum well again! I will be forever grateful for their help giving us back our mum and I know that she will miss them all lots when she goes home. A truly outstanding care home.

My terminally ill dad arrived at the lodge in an emergency and was warmly welcomed. The staff were fantastic, they were caring and compassionate at all times, nothing was too much trouble. They took great care of my dad in his last couple of weeks and even though we were visiting they took good care
of us as well. Would highly recommend.

Langley Lodge cared for my dad for 4 weeks after a diagnosis of stage 4 brain tumors.
The staff were amazing and so caring, just like family.
They treated him with dignity, respect and also love.
When the time came and my dad passed, there was no hurry and the staff said to take as long as you would
like to say goodbye.
I would 100% recommend Langley Lodge to anyone looking for a care home.

My dearest friend went to stay in Langley Lodge. She was end of life. The commitment of staff made her three weeks there very happy. The home is a bit tatty and needs a refurbishment, but right from the medically trained staff, carers, housekeepers, kitchen and maintenance, all were fantastic! A lot
of the staff have been there some time, which says it all... a good environment to work in.

Thank you to everyone who cared for my grandad for the last seven months of his life. My mum was worried about choosing a care home for him, but she made the right choice. The staff here are amazing. A care home that really cares.
We got to spend 5 special days and nights with our nan as she passed all thanks to the safe here. Who went above and beyond to care for us in such a sad time.

My mother spent the last 3 months of her life at Langley Lodge until she peacefully passed. The care she received was truly amazing and as a family the support given was also compassionate, respectful, and caring at all times. Originally I felt apprehensive about my mother going into a nursing home,
however the staff at Langley Lodge completely put my concerns at right. From the warm welcome received on day 1, right through the 3 months of care, the whole team made us feel reassured and at ease. We cannot thank the team enough for the way they looked after my mum's every need. A team of angels.

My friend was admitted to Langley Lodge for end-of-life care, although her time was short he was cared for in a dignified manner. The staff were helpful and professional. We were made welcome during our visit and felt like one of the family. The home is clean, well-managed and a happy environment. My

I can't recommend Langley Lodge enough for their utter dedication, compassion, empathy, dignity and 5-star care of my uncle, he currently has been there for 16 months and in that time nothing has been too much for them. He always looks and smells amazing, this nursing home is always so clean and smells
fresh. As for the staff, everyone there is so friendly and can't do enough for him or my family. They are all professional and stick to strict infection control measures to keep all residents safe. I just wish my uncle had come to Langley Lodge sooner. 5* home with 5*staff.

I can’t praise Langley Lodge highly enough. From when my mum went into Langley she was looked after so well, they really do take care and pride in their job. Mum was very happy at Langley, it was a real family-loving environment for her in her last few weeks. It’s made the whole experience for us as
