My mother spent the last 3 months of her life at Langley Lodge until she peacefully passed. The care she received was truly amazing and as a family the support given was also compassionate, respectful, and caring at all times. Originally I felt apprehensive about my mother going into a nursing home, however the staff at Langley Lodge completely put my concerns at right. From the warm welcome received on day 1, right through the 3 months of care, the whole team made us feel reassured and at ease. We cannot thank the team enough for the way they looked after my mum's every need. A team of angels.

My friend was admitted to Langley Lodge for end-of-life care, although her time was short he was cared for in a dignified manner. The staff were helpful and professional. We were made welcome during our visit and felt like one of the family. The home is clean, well-managed and a happy environment. My friend was so happy that he died with dignity, pain-free and with care and support.

I can't recommend Langley Lodge enough for their utter dedication, compassion, empathy, dignity and 5-star care of my uncle, he currently has been there for 16 months and in that time nothing has been too much for them. He always looks and smells amazing, this nursing home is always so clean and smells fresh. As for the staff, everyone there is so friendly and can't do enough for him or my family. They are all professional and stick to strict infection control measures to keep all residents safe. I just wish my uncle had come to Langley Lodge sooner. 5* home with 5*staff.

I can’t praise Langley Lodge highly enough. From when my mum went into Langley she was looked after so well, they really do take care and pride in their job. Mum was very happy at Langley, it was a real family-loving environment for her in her last few weeks. It’s made the whole experience for us as a family a lot easier to come to terms with.

My mum has been in the care of Langley Lodge for a few years now and I've been very happy with the level of care she receives. They keep me well informed of any incidents that have happened. Mom seems very happy there and comfortable with the staff.

Langley Lodge comes highly recommended to anyone looking to put a loved one in safe hands.

The staff at Langley Lodge deserve the highest recognition for the work they do. My father was admitted for palliative care and as a family, we were overwhelmed by the care and compassion given to my father and to us as a whole family.

I would definitely recommend this home to others trying to find a nice loving home for their friend or loved one to spend their last days in, so thank you again Langley for what you did for my dear friend.

The staff at Langely Lodge made my mum's final two weeks as comfortable as possible. They looked after her really well. Nothing was too much trouble. My parents went into Langley Lodge together; my dad is still a resident (he has dementia), and he is well looked after too. Langley Lodge is one of the more expensive nursing homes in the area but is rightly highly rated, however.

My aunt was in a very bad way when she arrived at Langley Lodge due to being in a previous care home who gave her no care. Since arriving at Langley, she is back to her old self - Happy, Smiling and loving everybody at Langley Lodge. I did not think she would reach her 97th birthday, but thanks to everybody at Langley she is still going strong. The change in her is remarkable. Due to the wonderful caring staff. Thank you so much.

My mum was happy and well looked after. We felt secure that she was in safe hands, and she was treated with very special care and attention to all her needs, right up until her end of life. I would happily recommend Langley Lodge for anybody's loved ones. Cannot praise them enough.

My nan moved onto Langley Lodge for palliative care. This was a huge and emotional set for us as a family. However, from the moment she arrived, we knew it was home. The staff were amazing, so caring and attentive. Simply cannot fault the team. They are all amazing and make Langley Lodge a comfortable and inviting home from home.

My father is very happy staying at Langley Lodge. The home is always clean, and my dad well cared for.

In a very difficult situation with Covid-19 on the rampage, the home has communicated any issues during lock-down. Prior to lock-down, my father seemed to be settled. The food looked great and he was getting good care.

Langley Lodge made Mum very welcome, after a difficult transition from the home environment. They continue to provide a great service in a challenging environment. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My husband very well cared for during his stay at Langley Lodge. All the staff was extremely kind and caring. When my husband passed away everything was done to ease a very difficult time and I certainly remember some happy times there. Thank you.

The staff at Langley Lodge have been looking after my father for three months. It’s difficult to put into words how wonderful they have been with him since he arrived. When my brother and I first looked at nursing homes, Langley Lodge immediately stood out. As I walked into the home, I felt a lightness about the place, something I had not felt before at the others we had visited. At Langley, it’s not just the large bright airy communal rooms that are full of light, but the atmosphere as well. There is a subtle happy buzz which is in every corner of this lovely building, and it’s mostly due to the staff. They can’t do enough for their residents. Homecooked food throughout the day follows my father's daily showers. At 90 years of age, he is the happiest I have seen him for years. My father’s problems are physical, so we always know what he is experiencing. He cannot praise the staff enough at Langley and is so grateful he is living there. I highly recommend Langley Lodge.
