Brilliant home.
Staff really friendly.
Very welcoming to events, firework spectacular, dancing and singing. Very colourful and entertaining.
Dad settled in very well.
The staff couldn't do more to help him.
The general manager is very compassionate and supportive.

Excellent home. Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable, cheerful and warm.


Food is good and there are plenty of beverages throughout the day.


Visible management, approachable. The manager is always available at short notice.

Thank you to all the staff at Park Vista for all the care they gave my uncle whilst he was a resident - it was a pleasure to know that in the last 11 months of his life he was being looked after with the care and help he needed and required.

My mum had to go into Park Vista suddenly but she has been made so very welcome.
The staff have been wonderful and so very kind. The food is excellent.
For the situation we found ourselves in, it has been "a perfect solution".

Father was taken into Park Vista via safeguard. We found the manager and her staff to be extremely helpful and informative. His condition and attitude improved within a few days of being there.

Didn't want my mum to come into a care home, however, Park Vista is meeting all of her requirements and as a family, we accept and believe this is the best possible place! As she was admitted with a fractured skill, the manager and the nurses have given her excellent nursing care which we couldn't have
done at home.

My mum has been taken into Park Vista Care Home. The staff have been very welcoming to myself and my mum, it's like a 'home from home environment'. The manager is very professional, there are many options food wise and my mum is very well looked after.

When visiting the Park Vista it seems a very welcoming home. There is a nice feel about it and there is always a clean fresh aroma with good welcoming staff who seem to be very caring and friendly. All seems to be well run with general managers being a lovely person. Meals seem to be presented very
well and look good.

Park Vista is a well organised well-managed home. My brother in law is very happy at Park Vista. We are very pleased with the way he is being looked after. All the staff are very pleasant and treat him with respect and dignity. Thank you to the manageress and the team.

The staff show exceptional care towards the residents and have their best interest at the core of all they do, we had problems with social services and the manager and staff at Park Vista were brilliant very helpful and supportive, mum and dad look so much better now they are settled in thanks to all

The staff here are friendly, helpful, very caring and do their utmost to make sure not only the residents but the family are kept informed of how they are doing and if any changes need to be made. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They keep their focus on their residents best interests.

I have nothing but praise for Park Vista and the team who are looking after my Mum. Our family endured a traumatic three months as my Mum's Alzheimer's worsened rapidly. It was a huge relief when she was accepted at Park Vista. Mum is so well cared for by a regular team of nurses and carers who are
invariably friendly and helpful. Her room is always clean; she always looks good with her freshly shampooed hair; there are always refreshments by her bedside. Her many medical needs are so well catered for and staff often come in to chat with her and help her relax. My Mum can enjoy the excellent food in the dining area or in her room. Every time I pop in to see Mum I am so thankful that she is so well cared for and in such a friendly, caring and homely atmosphere. Thank you, Park Vista!

I find all the staff at Park Vista very caring and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum is very happy and settled in well. Her husband has since joined her. It is very nice to see them back together. They will soon have been married for 40 years. The manager has helped the family fight to keep
them at Park Vista. Moving them into a double room, this has made us very happy. I can only see good things for the future. This has taken a lot of worry off me. Many thanks to them all.

A caring and safe environment; friendly, approachable and well-informed staff; a warm and welcoming atmosphere; this is Park Vista and I am both relieved and grateful to entrust my wife's care into such safe hands.
The owners believe that all staff and residents should feel part of a family and this
is evident from the moment you enter this spacious and comfortable home. There is always a warm welcome at reception with time for a friendly chat.
This sense of family continues with my wife's medical and personal needs where approachable care staff always keep me fully informed. A sense of belonging and community continues through the excellent and imaginative activities programme.
Refreshments are available throughout the day with care staff always on hand.
My wife can eat in her room or the well appointed restaurant - I often book in and eat with her at no extra charge!
What shines through is the warmth and openess of staff and that my wife and I feel part of a caring family.

Mum came into Park Vista as an emergency respite following dad being admitted (999) to hospital. Seen immediately by the manageress who is very comforting and compassionate towards me at a very difficult time, as the only son looking after both mum & dad.
