Overall Experience
A caring and safe environment; friendly, approachable and well-informed staff; a warm and welcoming atmosphere; this is Park Vista and I am both relieved and grateful to entrust my wife's care into such safe hands.

A caring and safe environment; friendly, approachable and well-informed staff; a warm and welcoming atmosphere; this is Park Vista and I am both relieved and grateful to entrust my wife's care into such safe hands.
The owners believe that all staff and residents should feel part of a family and this is evident from the moment you enter this spacious and comfortable home. There is always a warm welcome at reception with time for a friendly chat.
This sense of family continues with my wife's medical and personal needs where approachable care staff always keep me fully informed. A sense of belonging and community continues through the excellent and imaginative activities programme.
Refreshments are available throughout the day with care staff always on hand.
My wife can eat in her room or the well appointed restaurant - I often book in and eat with her at no extra charge!

Mum came into Park Vista as an emergency respite following dad being admitted (999) to hospital. Seen immediately by the manageress who is very comforting and compassionate towards me at a very difficult time, as the only son looking after both mum & dad.

My brother was transferred from another care home on 01/12/2016.
I, as his brother, am very, very pleased, as is he, with the home and all services provided.
Just met the new general manager, and the senior carer and the staff are lovely.

We visit Park Vista because my dad was there. When I first visited the place I thought wow what a beautiful place. The staff were very friendly and so is the residents. It's a very warm feeling and homely place. Sadly my father has now passed away. I am still coming to Park Vista to see everyone,...
We visit Park Vista because my dad was there. When I first visited the place I thought wow what a beautiful place. The staff were very friendly and so is the residents. It's a very warm feeling and homely place. Sadly my father has now passed away. I am still coming to Park Vista to see everyone, have coffee with them. When they have a garden fate I will be there to see everyone. If anyone asks me do I know any care home I would truthfully say yes, I would recommend Park Vista have it's a fantastic and friendly place to be.

My mother was a resident of the above home for 5 years until sadly passing away in April. We always found the staff caring, attentive and mindful of mum's dignity. They made her last 5 years as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
