Lift out of order again 3 weeks, also new gutters we were told that they would be done by April 2016 but they are still not done?
Reply from Karen Perrin, Housing with Care Manager at Hebron CourtReally sorry that the lift was out of order. This was only for a few days while we were waiting for a part to be delivered. In the interim staff supported residents with their mobility. In respect to the guttering, there will be a S20 meeting held in 2 weeks so that leaseholders are able to decide what aspects of the Estates they would like to spend their money on.
Again we are sorry that this was not completed by April 2016, due to other repair requirements that due to our legal obligation as landlords needed to take precedence.
