The Limes

My Dad was a resident in The Limes for his last 12 months and he couldn't have been in a better place. The staff were all friendly, helpful and caring.
I did not live locally so it was a comfort to know he had carers going in each day to ensure he was up and dressed There were activities for him
to join in and meet other people, rather than being in his previous house alone most of the day. Having 24 hour staffing also meant he had assistance in any emergency at night.
Any issues with his care were flagged up immediately, and they often went above and beyond until I was able to get down to see Dad.
The Bistro meant he was able to have a hot meal each day without having to worry about cooking and I could arrange a cleaner through The Limes which meant the flat stayed clean for him. The extra cost of these and the regular daily care visit was well worth the piece of mind. It was so much easier than dealing with 3 or 4 different companies if he'd stayed in his previous house.

My mother has been a resident in this care home for almost 3 years. She is very happy and treated with great dignity and respect. I can visit at any time which is not only convenient for me but also confirms that the care is always consistently good. I like the fact that the carers are familiar to my
mother as many have been working there for many years. The quality of the food is excellent and has contributed to mums continued good health. The family are included in any decisions and welcomed to activities which are numerous and varied.
