Of course we are disappointed that not all of your expectations have been met and as we take all feedback seriously, please be assured that your comments will be discussed with our team. I can advise you that whilst our General Manager and Care Manager' working hours are mainly Monday to Friday, they do provide management cover at the weekend and of course we always have a Unit Manager covering the whole weekend.
