My mother was placed in respite care for just over 2 weeks at The New Wycliffe Care Home. My mother enjoyed her experience in this setting where her culture, language and religion needs were met. She enjoyed the food. Care staff were lovely, kind and met her care needs and spent time with her. Thank you for this support and will reconsider respite for month again in the future. Respite care enabled me to have a break from my caring role. Overall great experience. Thank you.

My mum is very well looked after and me and my family are very happy. management and the care staff are always supportive and genuinely caring. The food here is very amazing and all the Cultural activities as well.

Dad has been at Gokul since November 2024. I have noticed a massive change at Gokul since Kartik + Jainil took over. The staff have always been friendly, and they have taken very good care of my dad since 2024. However, my dad has had numerous visits in + out of hospital, and each time staff + management have placed things into place for my dad's needs... Kartik Jainil + the team are always there to listen, help in any way we require additional help.

my mum has been a resident at Gokul Vandravan for over 5 years, and they have exceeded our expectations. The enviroment is very homely. The cooks prepare lovely, nutritious food. The activity coordinator is incredibly creative, always knowing exactly how to stimulate and bring a smile to my mum's face. At the heart is a exceptional manager who goes above and beyond for our family. Thanks to the low staff turnover the team truely knows my mum. Every single person-including Care team, Admin, cooks, cleaning staff are incredibly friendly. They are patient and caring which gives us complete peace of mind.

The care given at Parkhouse Grange is excellent. I cannot fault it. However, the condition of the rooms and furnishings leaves a lot to be desired.

Management, general staff, activity members all extremely helpful. Activities good kept aware of current and ongoing issues. Health care and maintainence good. Updates often of issues, to do.

Alston House welcomed my mum and have made a huge effort to accommodate her needs and preferences. Every member of staff has treated her like family. They have also welcomed us into the community, with plenty of activities and celebrations! Well done and thanks to all of them, I highly recommend the home

Well looked after. Staff are very good at communicating with us on health issues and even with regards to hairdresser, shoes and purchasing clothes.

Very happy with the care my mum receives, couldn't wish for anything better

My mum has been a resident for almost 3 years and I visit regularly. The staff are always polite and friendly. The residents appear to be well cared for, well fed & their laundry is done daily. The home is kept exceptionally clean and staff work hard - I hope these are appreciated. There are a variety of activities should residents wish to participate. Overall I am very satisfied with the care given to my mum, and thank everyone for their contribution.

We are so glad to be a part of Gokul family, festival are here very exciting and we love to participate, everyone are very friendly and helpful all the time.

The staff are always good with my Dad when we are visiting. The activities provided are good, but not enough of them. Card and game playing would be a great addition, maybe quizzes relevant to the residents ages.

I am extremely grateful for the excellent care my parents receive at this care home. The staff are kind, compassionate, and always treat residence with dignity and respect. The home is clean, welcoming and provides a safe and caring environment. Knowing my parents are so well looked after gives me great peace of mind. We cannot find enough words or gratitude for everyone @ Gokul Vrandavan. My mother in law gave all the staff a very hard time but they always acted with dignity, patience and care. We will be forever grateful to everyone at GV. Thank you, thank you to the manager and the team.

In my view, the only thing that lets the place down is the shortage of care staff. I understand staff are busy and residents who wish to go to the toilet require two staff to make that possible. When you have couple shouting to go, it becomes a problem. I am glad that staff don't get stressed, and do their job with a smile on their face.
