Originally a lovely home. Since new management is not interested in the care of residents. Shrunken clothing, unshaven for weeks at a time despite Equipment provided. Put in jumpers without t-shirt causing irritation. Cream not applied. Never taken put on excursions as needs more looking after....

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear you feel our care has not met the standards you expect. Although we cannot discuss individual residents in public forums, I would like to offer a few general points in response.
When a service has concerns about matters outside its control that impact is ability to meet a person's needs, these are referred to the appropriate body for investigation. Additionally, some individuals living with dementia may not always understand the need for support and, as a result, may not accept assistance, such as shaving, as frequently as they once did. It is often difficult for families to understand changes as a persons cognition deteriorates.
We look forward to resolving these concerns through our existing open line of communication.
My husband has been coming to Holmfield on Fridays for several months. He is very happy there, the staff are caring and compassionate but also lively and fun. The general atmosphere is happy and welcoming and the staff really get to know their clients.

At the heart is a exceptional manager who goes above and beyond for our family. Thanks to the low staff turnover the team truely knows my mum. Every single person-including Care team, Admin, cooks, cleaning staff are incredibly friendly. They are patient and caring which gives us complete peace of mind.
