It was an honour to serve your relative in her final months and we hope that the love and care we offered was a blessing to her and those who loved them. It was a pleasure to see her have so many visitors and the encouragement this brought, so thank you for all the family did to complement the loving atmosphere that we actively seek to create.
Thank you for the recognition of the love and respect that we have for all our residents, and the person-centred care we offer them which includes meeting their spiritual needs. It is a pleasure caring for your family member and looking after them as one of our own.
Thank you for sharing such lovely sentiments about the love and care that mum receives at Milward House: we love having her with us.The holiday week 'in Wales' was really good fun and we think everyone enjoyed the special activities and food. I hope you managed to get an ice cream too...
It is such a blessing to hear that our residents are contented and value the care and personal interactions with the staff, so thank you for that encouragement which I will pass on to the team here. It is a joy and a pleasure to serve your aunt at Milward House.
Many thanks for your review recognising the excellent care you received and the kind staff that served you.I am sorry the gluten free bread was not to your expectations, but we were reliant on what we could source from local supermarkets. If you were to return, we would be pleased to know your preferred supplier/brand so we can improve this for you.
Many thanks for your recognition of the caring and friendly staff here at Milward: the meaningful interactions between staff and residents are the main way in which we can demonstrate person-centred care and it is so encouraging to see mother thrive in this environment.I am sorry that you feel that clothes have been stained or ripped: I am not aware of this myself, so please do chat with me in person when you are next in about your concerns. One reason may be that we enable mother to paint her lovely pictures and paint sometimes gets on her clothes, but clothes are put on clean each morning, even if they then attract marks through the day at mealtimes etc.
Thank you for your encouraging recognition and endorsement of the care we provide. It was a pleasure to know your mum, and you and the family, and we trust that the care she received here made a real difference.
It was a pleasure to have Mum with us for almost five years and to show her Christian love and care that she so appreciated. We were pleased to support your family with an administrative matter recently too: our care extends beyond someone leaving the home here, so it was a blessing to be able to help there.
Thank you for your endorsement and kind words recognising the way that we care for your brother. It is a privilege to be able to serve and bless him, and we are glad that this in turn blesses you.
It was our pleasure to help Dad out in his time of need and it has been so lovely seeing him and mum share time together. Thank you for your kind words of recognition. We hope Dad's stay continues to bless him as it does us to see him doing so well.
Caring for mum is an absolute joy and it is lovely to see her engage with things at times despite her dementia, no doubt as a result of our 'The Way We Care' initiative and the wonderful work that our team do to try and make sure she is as blessed and supported as she can be. Thank you for the recognition of how the care we offer is so valuable to her and you: as I say it is a pleasure.
Thank you for your kind words as we care for two generations of wonderful ladies from the same family. They are both real characters and it is a delight to know and care for them and see them flourish as they live here in 'their home'. It is so encouraging to hear that the love we inevitably develop for those we care for is evident to their relatives, so thank you for that too.
Thank you for such kind words and recognition of the love and care Mum receives here at Milward. It was a joy to celebrate her milestone birthday with her and to have you here to enjoy it as well.
Thank you for your kind words and appreciation of the care shown by the staff here. It is a joy to have mum here living with us and a delight to be able to celebrate special milestones with her too.
It is so lovely to hear that your father enjoyed his time with us here at Milward, and that you are pleased with how it went. Thank you for the feedback and encouragement which I will pass on to the team here. We would be very glad to welcome him back anytime.
Thank you so much for the kind words, and especially the recognition and appreciation of the person-centred care we seek to offer at all times. Your mother-in-law certainly made fast friends with everyone and seemed to have a wonderful time with us here, so it is good to hear that was the case. We look forward to welcoming her back as and when needed.
Thank you so much for such positive feedback and encouragement. It was a joy to have Mum with us and to see her forming such lovely friendships so quickly. If she would like to return at any time, she is more than welcome (plumbing emergency not required!).
Thank you for such a considered and thoughtful review. It is lovely to see mum thriving at Milward since settling in, and even better to hear that she feels it herself enough to say to you and your sister. It is a privilege to get to know mum and see her cheeky sense of humour come out at times. We hope she continues to enjoy life at Milward.
Thank you for your kind words and recognition of the family feel that we prize here at Milward. Mum was very welcome when she was here and it was lovely to see her interacting and enjoying time with others in the activities. We hope to be able to provide respite or permanent care for her in the future.
