The introduction was so professional caring and genuinely empathetic. We as a family felt at ease comfortable our mother was being taken care of. The staff particularly the reception family liason staff are so helpful make you feel like nothing is a problem at all. My mother has made such wonderful progress in the two and a half weeks of her stay. EXCELLENT care throughout!

Mum came here from another care home which did not suit her and I cannot believe the difference Olney Meadows has made to her health. She is happier, has put on weight and, besides the dementia's anxiety, is generally happy. She enjoys many of the activities and is encouraged to participate by the staff. The staff are completley caring and make her days lovely. The effort they made for her birthday was exceptional.

The staff & home is outstanding in every way. Since Charles has been with Olney Meadows we have seen a quantum shift in his well being and demeanor. This is down to the care & support he is receiving at the home and the effort everyone puts into their work.

The staff went above and beyond to help the family get our mother into the care home on the day we contacted them. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

When Mum came to Olney Meadows she wasn't eating, had poor health, multiple hospital stays and overall poor motivation for life. After 3 months she is eating, taking part in activities and this week she asked me to find her knitting which she has not touched for at least a decade. This week she has completed a pottery flower, won a prize at bingo and joined in knitting and natter. I've got my mum back.

We had such a lovely meal yesterday in the private dining room for Mum's 80th - we were treated so well, staff were so helpful and attentive and Chef's food and attention to detail was amazing

The fact that staff came in to work on their day off says it all thank you team for making her 80th so special.

She has been in the home for 18 months and needs a lot of care but the staff are always incredible however busy they are - thank you

Everyone is friendly and it has been the perfect environment for my Grandma to stay at.

All the staff are so lovely & friendly to me & my family & also to my grandma. My grandma is so much happier now she's here. She's found a real community and I trust that she's well looked after & she always speaks highly of the staff and services here. Everyone has also been so lovely to me whenever I come & visit with family & also when I come on my own. Overall this place is an amazing place and I feel very lucky that my grandma gets to be here.

Writing on behalf of my father in law who has been in the home for 10 months. He regards Olney Meadows as his home & the staff are excellent, very caring & helpful. He has recently been unwell and they have bent over backwards to look after him & keep him in the home as its preferable to a hospital admission. Everyone is polite & curteous & respectful. Its expensive but all good care is.

My first impression was of space and luxury. The cafe at the entrance was attractive and welcoming. My room is comfortable with good amenities. When I was shown around the public rooms I was impressed by variety. I have enjoyed the activities made available and the variety. Most importantly the staff are invariably courteous, friendly and professional. Olney is fortunate to have this facility in the town.
