My dear wife was resident in Redwalls for a period of four weeks, having transferred from Hospice care. She occupied a beautiful en-suite room overlooking the lovely gardens. She received all the care and attention I could possibly have wished for. All the staff were exceptionally caring and met all
my wife's needs. I was able to share meals with her every day and the facilities (including her hairdressing!) were all readily available. I was particularly thankful for the times we were able to sit together (her in a wheelchair) in the garden...when the sun shone! The staff even facilitated a visit (again in her wheelchair) to the little chapel along the road. It was there that we shared our last worship together. She died peacefully and I give thanks for our final precious days together.

My mum did not know what to expect during her 3-week respite care stay. However she was delighted with the overall experience. The staff were fantastic, warm, friendly and could not do enough for my mum. The food was excellent, as were all the activities over the three weeks. Mum managed to get her
hair cut as well, which we all thought took years off her and which she was very pleased with. She was also able to go to church during her stay, which was very important to her over the Easter weekend. Overall a fantastic experience and can't wait to come back.
Reply from Redwalls Manager, Home Manager at Redwalls Nursing HomeThank you for taking the time to provide such lovely feedback. I will ensure they all the staff are made aware. It was lovely to provide care to mum and we can't wait for her to return.

The staff are very friendly and caring and helpful this is shown when helping the residents with their needs. There are difficult activities each day which the residents get involved in. The home is kept very clean and tidy. My aunt says the food is lovely and tasty. I would certainly recommend Sharston
to my friends.

From the moment my sisters and I visited Sharston House, we knew it was the right place for our elderly father. The home has a truly lovely, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts us at ease. Although our much-loved dad was only a resident for a short time, my lasting impression of Sharston House
is overwhelmingly positive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any member of staff, and the care and kindness shown to him meant more to us than words can say. Thank you to everyone who looked after our dad so well. You helped make an incredibly difficult decision a little easier for our family.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the care my gran received at this care home. From the very beginning, it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about her wellbeing and dignity. She was treated with kindness, patience, and respect, which gave us real peace of mind during a difficult time.
The
environment was welcoming and clean, and communication with the family was clear and reassuring. Knowing that my gran was safe, comfortable, and cared for meant more than we can put into words. We will always be thankful for the compassion shown to her and to our family.

It was mum's 101st birthday on 9th Jan! The staff at Sharston House, where she resides, were wonderful. A party was organised to celebrate the occasion and family and friends were invited. It was a joyous gathering and my mum was surrounded by so much love and affection by all. Such a precious moment,
captured by many photos. Many thanks to all the staff, especially the two who arranged everything and the kitchen staff.

My mother has been in your care for a little over 8 years and was really pleased how she was looked after and cared for. I feel she was really happy with her time there. All the staff were amazing. I don't think she would have lived as long as she did without that care she was given. You should be very
proud of the home and staff you have in Congleton.

I can't thank the carers at Park Lane enough for their incredible care, kindness and dedication they show every single day. They treat Nana with so much patience, respect and warmth, always taking the time to make her feel comfortable and valued. It means the world to our family to see how happy and
relaxed she is, and that's entirely down to the staff's gentle and compassionate nature.
Communication is excellent, and we are always kept informed and reassured.
We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and feel very lucky to have found somewhere so dedicated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding care for a loved one.

Park Lane is a very warm, friendly place with a family feel to it. All the staff are approachable and work very hard supporting the residents while at the same time maintaining the resident's dignity and individuality. They are very quick to notice when a resident needs extra support, and I have found
that any concern I have about my Mum's health has been acted upon right away. The Activity Co-ordinators are excellent in their provision of daily schedules of the many varied activities. From group activities to one-to-one outings. They strive to include the interests of all the residents. From Rickshaw rides around the park to visits from miniature ponies. My Mum especially loves the arts, crafts, games and chair exercises. The building is bright, cheerful and spotlessly clean. The dining area is welcoming, clean and cosy. There is always a choice on the menu from the friendly chefs. They never fail to provide a home-made cake so the residents can celebrate when it's someone's birthday.

My 88-year-old dad has been in Sharston House Nursing Home in Knutsford since October 2024, having been admitted with dementia and Parkinson's symptoms. He has been happy and comfortable there throughout his residency, and the staff have always taken very good care of him. I live in the U.S., so it
is hard to monitor his health, but they always keep me up to date on any developments and tell me how he is feeling. Everyone is kind, caring, skilled, and efficient. Bindu, the manager, always calls or emails me if I have any concerns, and I never feel out of the loop, even being so far away. I get weekly updates on resident activities; there are always fun things happening like bingo, bowling, chair yoga, art classes, or music hours. Even if my dad is not well enough to do those things, I like that he has the option. They also have special events for the holidays, dog days, and pampering days. I am incredibly satisfied with the level of care at Sharston House and am comforted to know that
