My aunty has been made to feel so welcome and comfortable at Park Lane. All of the staff are wonderful and caring, they are so friendly and will always stop and talk to you when you visit. They inform you promptly if more clothes/toiletries are needed. Park Lane is spotless and a wonderful environment. The safeguarding is excellent, menu's are brilliant and well balanced

On arrival at the Nursing Home whichever member of staff answers the door you are greeted with a smile, and asked how you are yourself. Most times after arriving in the communal lounge to visit my husband a chair is provided and you are offered a hot drink. A very caring and homely atmosphere overall in this Nr Home in spite of it not being purpose built, it is the staff and ethos that is most important.

My mother is so happy and well cared for by all the staff. Nurses, carers, cooks, cleaners, entertainment organisers all treat the residents with respect and as individuals. There is a community atmosphere where, above basic care needs, enriching the lives of the residents genuinely comes across as the priority.

All Staff and Management made what was a stressful time for us bearable. Everyone was so helpful.

My room was very small, carers had to keep moving the bed to get my wheelchair or zimmer round. But only there for 2 weeks on respite, so managed.

Wonderful home. Wonderful amazing staff who can't do enough to make sure everyone is happy & healthy. Food amazing & cleanliness second to none. Staff genuinely care about the service users. Thank you all so much.

I can rest assured that my husband is safe and well cared for at Redwalls Nursing Home. The manager is very approachable. The nurses and carers are very committed to keeping my husband pain free, clean, comfortable and well fed. The catering and cleaning staff set themselves very high standards. The activity ladies are both caring and enthusiastic. They arrange a variety of activities throughout the week, which are especially enjoyed out in the lovely garden on sunny afternoons. Everyone who works at Redwalls helps to create a friendly, family atmosphere, which is very uplifting. In time, I hope there will be a place for me at Redwalls too.

My dad has been a resident at Sharston House for 18 months now. He has advanced dementia. All the staff (management, carers, catering, domestic) take time to deliver on exceptional level of care to both my dad and my family. Nothing is too much trouble and I can tell my dad is very settled and happy and feels quite at home. The activity coordinators/ lifestyle coordinators organise an impressive variety of activities throughout of the week which are engaging and fun. Huge thanks for making a challenging/ sad situation much more bearable xx

I am very happy with the care and consideration of the great team at Sharston House. Our mother, grandmother, great grandmother is very well cared for. She gets wholly involved with the varied daily activities, which is a joy to see. Great team who know her personality well and preempt when she is not herself. We really appreciated the help Sharston provided in orchestrating a move to a new room, which has a lovely view of the gardens.

I just wanted to share my heartfelt thanks and appreciation of Jayne, Jackie, Dawn and the wider staff at Park Lane Care home. Last week my mum (resident Joan) and dad (David) celebrated their 60th Weddiing Anniversary. Park Lane put on a wonderful and carefully prepared and considered event for our family...including inviting the Town Mayor, lovely food and drinks, and setting up the home's special bar room so we could celebrate together as an immediate family. My mum and dad were made to feel so special and valued and the afternoon was just perfect - with so many smiles and laughs - and my mum happy and on great form. The ongoing care and dedication of the team for this event, and for my mum over the past few years, has made such a positive difference to me (especially living away from Congleton) and our wider family. Thank you so much.

I honestly cannot recommend Redwalls highly enough if you are looking for a Care/Nursing home for a loved one.

Management are more than approachable. I am more than happy with my husbands standard of care.

My relative often says" it's a lovely place here" which is extremely reassuring for us as a family. We know that our relative is in safe hands and being well looked after.

I have always had a pleasant experience with Weldying staff.

My dear wife was resident in Redwalls for a period of four weeks, having transferred from Hospice care. She occupied a beautiful en-suite room overlooking the lovely gardens. She received all the care and attention I could possibly have wished for. All the staff were exceptionally caring and met all my wife's needs. I was able to share meals with her every day and the facilities (including her hairdressing!) were all readily available. I was particularly thankful for the times we were able to sit together (her in a wheelchair) in the garden...when the sun shone! The staff even facilitated a visit (again in her wheelchair) to the little chapel along the road. It was there that we shared our last worship together. She died peacefully and I give thanks for our final precious days together.

My mum did not know what to expect during her 3-week respite care stay. However she was delighted with the overall experience. The staff were fantastic, warm, friendly and could not do enough for my mum. The food was excellent, as were all the activities over the three weeks. Mum managed to get her hair cut as well, which we all thought took years off her and which she was very pleased with. She was also able to go to church during her stay, which was very important to her over the Easter weekend. Overall a fantastic experience and can't wait to come back.

The staff are very friendly and caring and helpful this is shown when helping the residents with their needs. There are difficult activities each day which the residents get involved in. The home is kept very clean and tidy. My aunt says the food is lovely and tasty. I would certainly recommend Sharston to my friends.

From the moment my sisters and I visited Sharston House, we knew it was the right place for our elderly father. The home has a truly lovely, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts us at ease. Although our much-loved dad was only a resident for a short time, my lasting impression of Sharston House is overwhelmingly positive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any member of staff, and the care and kindness shown to him meant more to us than words can say. Thank you to everyone who looked after our dad so well. You helped make an incredibly difficult decision a little easier for our family.

The environment was welcoming and clean, and communication with the family was clear and reassuring. Knowing that my gran was safe, comfortable, and cared for meant more than we can put into words. We will always be thankful for the compassion shown to her and to our family.
