Although the activity is scheduled at a set time, residents do not always wish to attend exactly at that time. Many prefer to join in their own time, once they feel ready and comfortable, and this is something we respect as part of providing person-centred care. Some residents may also choose not to attend on certain days depending on how they are feeling.

Bingo often takes place during a busy period of the day, when staff are supporting residents with personal care, mobility, and other individual needs. Our staffing levels are planned to meet residents' assessed needs, and we balance this alongside supporting activities and resident choice.

Were very proud of our lovely setting within Whiteley Village and the homes bright, spacious design. I completely understand your point about consistency and the importance of staff who know each resident well this is something Im continuing to focus on through recruitment, retention, and training so we can maintain a strong, stable team.

When Kingsley Healthcare took over, there was understandably a period of change and adjustment, but Im pleased that things have now settled and that were moving in a positive direction. Since taking over Eliza Palmer we have worked quickly to improve the service and made a substantial investment in a new kitchen, which was seen as the biggest priority by residents' families when we arrived. I am glad you have noticed an improvement in the meal quality and appreciate the quality of your bedroom suite. Our management team is always available and keen to listen to any suggestions for ways to improve our service and to take heed of things you believe we should be doing.
