I had a lovely experience here at Branksome heights and just the most wonderful staff they keep everyone one feeling very included with every activity they do and safe like they were there own thank you Branksome heights

Branksome Heights Care home is the friendliest most welcoming care home. They make every resident and visitor feel so welcome and offer any assistance needed. All the staff are constantly smiling making the environment so bright for all the residents

Nothing to have any concerns about I know all the staff and just everyone is taking good care of my dad, so I have no concerns at all. And if I want to know anything, I just ask a member of staff and I get the answers I want.

My uncle has been extremely well looked after since moving into this care home, and we are very happy with the care he receives.

The home is lovely, clean and welcoming, and all of the staff we have met have been friendly, respectful and helpful. They treat the residents with kindness and dignity, which is so important to us as a family.

The food is lovely too, and most importantly, my uncle is very happy and settled there. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that he is being so well cared for.

We are very pleased with the care home and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere for a loved one.

My dad joined Weymouth Manor in April 2026 and has had absolutely superb care from Maria and the team from day one. The staff are always welcoming and helpful and the home itself is bright and airy, beautifully furnished and maintained to a very high standard. There's a wide range of activities on offer and a real focus on getting to know the residents and involving their families in the life of the home. Nothing is too much trouble, and it's always possible to speak to someone from the management team if I have any questions. I have huge peace of mind knowing that dad is in such safe hands and really couldn't have wished for a better place for him.

My dad was cared at Weymouth Manor for approximately 8 months. I could not of asked for better care and environment to support my dad up until he passed away in April. From Maria the manager to all the carers and cleaners they all had a smile on their face and showed my dad the upmost respect and they could always get a smile out of him on the most grumpiest of days. Their care and respect at dad's end of life was second to none. I am so thankful to everyone there and to even receive a memory cushion made out of dad's favourite t shirt was just wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My mum was admitted to Weymouth Manor as an emergency for respite care. She has been very well looked after in a beautiful environment. Whenever I have visited, I have been greeted in a friendly manner by all staff and made to feel welcome.

Anne has been here for the past 3 years. In the past few months any changes have been made which are very noticable everytime we visit. The staff are excellent and very caring and kind to all. The home as been made a very comfortable home. Well done to all concerned.

Anne has been a resident for 3 years. Her care has been unfailing, and physically, she has improved. Now that dementia is prevalent, her care has increased to help her. The staff are so kind, and I know she's being given every chance to be "herself"

Warm, welcoming and spotlessly clean, Branksome Heights hugely exceeded all my expectations when Mum checked in for respite care. Without exception, all Staff are genuinely helpful and kind, providing top class personal care and medical intervention. With comfortable private accommodations, light, airy and homely public spaces, extensive and varied daily activities and delicious, beautifully presented daily menus this facility provides a true "home from home" experience

We are lucky to have such an excellent, kind and approachable manager, and also countless other dedicated, freindly and efficient staff making this a lovely place for my mum to live and for me to visit her. I cannot praise it highly enough.

This review is very long overdue! What can I say : the staff are exceptional, friendly, entertaining and caring. Not only have they selflessly cared for my mum for almost 3 years, they have also supported me through some hard times. They feel like my extended family to be honest. My mum loves music and whenever there is live music on , she can be found tapping her feet with a huge grin on her face. Her smile has become famous amongst the staff. The huge renovation and extensions are just fabulous and the gardens are wonderful, allowing nature to take its own course. I feel so very blessed that we chose the right home for my dear mum. Trips to garden centres and the Nothe Gardens were very memorable. Thanks guys x

Branksome Heights is a superb care home, The excellent staff combine authentic warmth with true professionalism and care. My father has lived here since January and he has been so happy here, constantly admiring (as I do..) the cleanliness, kindness and care of the staff. They take a real personal interest in the residents that makes them feel that this really is their home. Thank you!

Queen Charlotte made myself and my family feel so welcome and helpful when finding the right care home for my mum . The staff are so kind and caring Mum has settled so well and is really happy, she always tells me how lovely the staff are each time l visit her, she has also made a lot of friends which has given me peace of mind.

Very friendly staff, nice relaxing atmosphere. Building in good repair and modern. Lovely areas to go and sit like the sunroom and the lobby and always something going on.
