I couldn't be happier with the care my sister receives here. Every member of staff is kind, caring and truly looks after her so well - they know her, respect her and treat her with such warmth. She is always happy, safe and well cared for, and we have complete peace of mind. The home is lovely, clean, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I am so grateful to the whole team - thank you for everything you do.

The manager keeps us all informed of anything and everything if there is anything health wise with mum they get in touch promptly we feel better knowing mum is in good capable hands and is happy what more can you ask for.

From the day my dad went into the care home, he was treated with care, loved and supported. He loved the food and enjoyed taking part in the activities they had. I have got some lovely photos of him living his best life and happy, for which I am very grateful. The managment and staff are very supportive and work hard caring for their residents. The care and dignity my dad received when he passed away is something I will never forget, my respect to all of them. Thank you.

I am really happy with the care my husband has received since he moved in. All the staff are lovely and caring. There are lots of activities going on which is so important, and being taken to outside venues. The staff also keep me updated every time I visit on his wellbeing which is lovely.

Woodlands has a homely feel with staff who are extremely kind and competent. The staff and management display excellent communication skills and always quick to inform me of any issues. They are also good at involving other professionals when required.

Overall I am happy with the care home and the care provided.

My mother in law settled very comfortably. She has dementia and is slow and anxious coping with change but she now considers the staff to be friends, like one big family. She potters about, helping with jobs (of her own initiative) because she has always been used to being very busy (she still is). She loves being there and is quite a character. My family and I are always welcome at any time of day/night.

Mum was only at the home for a few months before she sadly passed away. She was well cared for and always treated with the utmost respect. I was so pleased that she had a clean, efficient, compassionate, caring home for the last few months of her life. The home is extremely well run, the carers are totally dedicated and try at all times to involve all residents in activities specially tailored to their individual needs. Issues regarding Mum's care were promptly brought to my attention and we were consulted at every stage with regard to Mum's care. I was particularly impressed with Mum's palliative care in the final day/hours of her life and cannot thank all the staff enough.

The home itself has a calm and peaceful atmosphere and is spotlessly clean and tidy whenever I visit. All the residents look very well cared for and content and it's obvious to anyone visiting that the staff really do care. It's so important to have peace of mind when a relative has to move into a residential home and I have not had one concern the whole time my brother has been there. This is because the staff are so dedicated. Thank you so much.
