All staff are friendly, helpful, kind and caring, not just towards residents but with their families too, making the atmosphere like one big happy family. Thank you everyone, you are all fantastic!

My sister was a resident at Springhill for several years. As a family we cannot put into words how outstanding this care home is. Each and every member of staff excelled. The level of professionalism and compassion on every level is amazing. Her needs were always met and put above everything else. They went out of their way to make sure she was cared for to the highest possible standard. They didn't just care for our sister, they treated her like family and they all loved her dearly and we will never be able to thank them enough.

My Mum always made it clear that she never wanted to live in a care home, however the time came when it was impossible for her to stay in her own home safely. My Mum has been at Birch Green for a couple of months now and I have seen her become more mobile, eating well, in a daily routine, well cared for, joining in with social activities, smiling and laughing with new friends. None of this was possible in her own home, where her world had become a small and frightening place. Having chatted to the staff, I find everyone very approachable and professional. My anxiety levels have come right down knowing she is in Birch Green and I am pleased she is comfortable and well-cared for. I thought I would see this as 'end of life', but visiting my Mum in Birch Green and seeing the social posts, my perspective has changed and I now see this as 'a new stage of life' to be savoured.

Outstanding service with very friendly staff. MJ, Karen, and Helen have all been amazing - I don't know everyone else's names yet, but all the staff are lovely and make the place feel very personal and homely. They are great with the residents, and everyone always seems happy, singing along and enjoying themselves.

I was nervous when my grandad first went in for his short stay, but seeing how happy and settled he is has been very reassuring.

My wife has been in Springhill Care Home just over two years ever since she couldn't manage anymore. I knew of it's repetition and tried to get her in and thankfully did. It is very spacious and always clean and well looked after and of course the staff are marvelous.

Springhill treats my grandma in law with the utmost respect. The staff are all kind and compassionate and have made a real and tangible difference to her quality of life. Thanks all!

Staff at Springhill have, and always been respectful to my dad who has been a resident now for going on two years- he arrived with dementia with challenging behaviours (but has deteriorated/calmed now) they show dignity and respect at all times- they have got to know him and his ways making his care very person centered the staff have consistently reassured him to a point that he calls it home (this means to much, considering he was always wanting to leave) this is comforting as a family member.

Food and drink- hot drinks should be hot - vegetables- should consider taste - sort this out and it would be excellent. Activities- what is gender split.

All the staff are outstanding from reception, cleaning, nursing care and activities staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble for residents and visitors, the care that is given is always with a smile.

My daughter has been looked after for over 3 years, the care and assistance she receives is exceptional, the staff will always go out of their way to make sure she is settled and happy their uniforms always look fresh and ironed there isn't a stone left unturned. Well done!

Dad enjoyed his short time at Springhill Care Home. The staff were lovely and kind. The entertainment team were fully inclusive of everyone's care needs. Dad was treated with dignity and compassion in his last few weeks. Thank you

The staff demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and skills, meaning we were completely reassured that she was in the best place possible. Communication with us throughout was fantastic, and staff were always approachable and willing to answer questions and provide updates. Overall, Springhill provided a safe, caring, and supportive environment for my mum. We couldn't have asked for anything more for her. Thank you for everything.

Mum after 4 months has finally settled and the unique things Birchgreen do for residents is unbelievable. I can't thank them enough, for anyone who wants an extended family, this is the place to trust your loved ones to. Residents are treated with care and respect, I will also say love as I've seen it myself. Thank you forever grateful xx

I cannot recommend Springhill Care Home highly enough and am deeply grateful for everything they do.

Just want take time to write another review, for all the staff at Birch Green care home , they do an outstanding job of looking after my dad . The nurses, carers, the housekeeping headed by Claire is outstanding , everything is absolutely spotless. It's a great comfort knowing how well he's getting looked after and he has a spotless comfortable room to stay in

I can not fault Birch Green in any way they have been amazing with my mum since day one

The grounds are well kept, it is a lovely area to sit and enjoy a visit with my mum

The staff are friendly and caring, nothing is too much trouble, the food is nourishing and varied. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the residents are well looked after.
