I find the staff very very helpful as my brother can be quite challenging! But they work around is various modes! The staff have now got my brother onto a help the community scheme! That I am sure he really enjoys! This then gives him a purpose and he not bored sitting in his room causing mischief.

I have been living at The Mount for nearly two years now. The staff are easy to talk too, hardworkers, kind, very helpful and nice people. The residents are nice, very nice, I enjoy living here. The grounds is lovely and gardens. I have settled in well, get on well with everyone and am happy here. I
help out a.s.a.p! I have friends. I am able to go out when I want. Staff are extremely good with everyone. Overall the company is great in everyway I think. I like living her and can't fault The Mount.

Southfield House is always clean, comfortable and feels like home for my mum. The staff always make is feel welcome and I can see the positive impact on my mum. She is more relaxed, engaged and content than she was before moving in and that means I everything to me. Residents are treated with kindness,
patience and respect. They have a range of activities and organise occasional outings to keep mum engaged and social, it's lovely to see her smile and occasionally taking part.

I am so grateful for the wonderful care my mum receives here. The staff are always kind, patient, and genuinely caring.
It is a real community. There are lots of activities that take place over the year and it's lovely to see how much effort goes into supporting the people who live here.

Couldn't be happier with the care my mum is recieving at Gilby House. She has the best 24/7 care, the staff are truly amazing and treat her like their own mum. We are welcomed with open arms, we are always offered a meal with mum. Mum loves eating with us so this is lovely. Mum's behaviour can be very
violent and challenging and they deal with this brilliantly.

Gilby House has been a fantastic home for my mum and has allowed me to breathe again without worrying about my mum 24/7 and her welfare and the welfare of others. My mum is very challenging with end stage dementia and sever behavioural issues at times, but the staff seem to have never ending patience
and understanding with her however challenging. I am eternally grateful to have found Gilby House to provide my mum with safe loving care at an extremely difficult time for me personally following the death of my dad.
