When the need for a care home for my dad arose I have to admit that I knew very little about the subject. But we knew someone whose partner had been a resident in the past. They were pleased with the care and that being the case we opted for Woodville. It was a good decision and I was pleased with the
care that dad received. The staff who looked after him could not have done a better job. Sadly dad passed away, but I have to say that the way staff interacted with the family helped us at that sad time.

Navigating the care system has felt overwhelming at times, even with three daughters supporting each other! Staff at Woodville have supported not just Mym but the whole family, including my elderly Dad, who is struggling with the change and is an (overly!) frequent visitor.
The care and affection the
staff show Mum is heartwarming and often brings me to tears!

MY wife is happy here. She is being well cared for! I have lots of paper work ie contacts, tel nos to enable me to do the right things eg can I bring books, bring favourite items? How long do you expect her to be with this care home? Can she be given home breaks?

I have power of attorney for a close friend of mine who has been at Woodville for approximately 18 months. I have always found the home to offer excellent quality of care. The management and staff are very professional and ensure a warm friendly atmosphere exists within the home. They have always responded
quickly and professionally to a number of medical situations ensuring the best possible outcome for my friend. I cannot recommend this care home enough.

As a regular visitor to my parent, I have always found the staff friendly and approachable. They treat my parent very well and are dedicated not only to her personal care but also to her morale making sure she keeps her spirits up, her laundry is also kept to a very high standard.

The home is very clean and tidy. The staff are always on hand and will help as and when needed. The food is excellent but not always hot. I find the staff very friendly and always have a smile for everyone. Mom is self-funding and feels the prices are very high but is happy to stay here and would not
be able to cope on her own at home. We as a family are very pleased with the home.

Excellent welcome to Mum's new home. Mum has settled well with the support and help from all of the staff, not easy when Mum is deaf. Food is excellent and drinks are always on hand. We as a family are extremely happy with the management and all the friendly staff. Any concerns are listened to and acted

My son has been in and out of care for over 20 years finally residing at The Hollies. I cannot thank the manager and her team enough for the care and support they have shown my son during the time he has been with them. Their patience and understanding is exemplary. I am so grateful that my son has
a home where he is watched over, it gives me such peace of mind knowing he is safe after the terrible time I had trying to monitor his medication and behaviour without success. When I call to enquire about my son I am always met with both courtesy and empathy whilst discussing his mental health issues, I feel at ease talking to them. I would recommend The Hollies to anyone wanting to ensure a safe, friendly place for their family member.

All the staff are excellent. They treat all their clients as individuals and fully understand their individual needs. The buildings are well kept, clean, safe and homely. A variety of activities are presented to the clients both in and off the premises.
The meals are well prepared, well balanced and
offer an excellent variety.
