Choosing a home for dad was a hard decision, but the different in Tanworth Court made was second to none, after moving dad from the other facility the transition was like night + day, from the day he arrived Lisa hit the ground running, day 3 I was given a copy of his care plan, the information she gained was amazing, also by day 4 all refferals had been requested. The team are exceptionally warm hearted but the leadership of Lisa serves special recognition. List is firm but incredibly fair she leads an adorable team that follow her excellent examples. The genuine care the team shows for dad, means as a family we do not have to be there 24-7. Lisa keeps me updated alongside his keyworker. Thank you Lisa and the whole team, our appreciation for what you do is beyond words.

I would like to say that I am more than happy with the nursing home for my mom the cleniness of her room and the areas used by the residents. The staff and the manager Lisa are 10 out of 10 for helping you or your relative for any think your need, they will always do there best in manager Lisa is a good manager. She puts the residents and her staff first. A big thank you her.

Mom has been at Lyndon Croft for a while now and she feels happy and safe there. Mom enjoys the activities on offer. She particularly loves her pamper time when she gets her hair and nails done.The staff are so kind and friendly, they make us feel welcome on our visits. We can't thank moms care home family enough for their hard work and dedication towards mom.

My Mum was a resident for just over 12 months, unfortunately she passed away just after Easter. I cannot fault the care and compassion provided by all the staff at Tanworth, especially over the last 2 months. Thank you

My mom has been to Tanworth Court a few times now for respite. A fantastic modern home with caring staff. I wouldn't hesitate on recommending Tanworth Court could not be faulted in any way. Very well run home.

We brought my mother to Tanworth Court Nursing Home on 27th November for a week's respite. Her room and bathroom were clean and spacious. All staff we met were welcoming and very helpful. From our experience, we would definitely recommend this establishment.

Home, staff and facilities are a breath of fresh air for residents. The home is split into streets making it feel like a homely place to live. Care is second to none! Keep up the good work everyone!

I am happy with my wife's care during her nearly five-year stay at Lyndon Croft and my best praise is that I did not want her to leave but she had to do so to receive nursing care. The staff were very pleasant and kind, also efficient. I definitely recommend Lyndon Croft.

After my dad was moved to Lyndon Croft on safeguarding grounds. We all as a family were awfully concerned, having preconceived ideas of homes., but those ideas have been smashed. Unbelievable bunch of Angels that care for my dad and support his family members above and beyond, it is a 'home' in every sense and my dad could be nowhere better. We are so very thankful for all they have done.

Both of my parents are residents of Lyndon Croft, moving in August 2023. They have both settled in really well and are happy. Mom in particular is thriving and is enthusiastic about joining in activities with other residents and I can see that she has made friends. Dad has mobility issues but he is also included to join in with encouragement from staff. They treat and respect the needs of all residents which is down to excellent care from staff.

Both of my parents resided in Lyndon Croft, unfortunately, my father passed away last April. The staff were so supportive, they came in on their day off to dress Mother and stand with her whilst the cortege went past. I visit as often as possible and all the staff say hi, ask how I am and give me an update on Mother. They provide me with peace of mind, knowing Mother is safe and well and I will be informed of anything untoward, excellent service.

Mum has been with Tanworth Court since last year and appears to be well looked after and cared for. All the staff are very polite helpful and kind, in particular, one lady who has a good connection with my mum. I am always kept well informed and up to date regarding mum's health and welfare and mum seems to be happy at Tanworth Court. Thank you.

My mother has lived at Tanworth Court for the past 36 months and I have seen Tanworth go from strength to strength since the arrival of the new manager. I have regular updates and no longer feel I need to be at Tanworth Court on a daily basis. The manager and her team go above and beyond, the staff are amazing, they do not only look after Mom but us as a family too. Residents are treated with care and love. It's like one big happy family. I highly recommend Tanworth Court to anyone looking for good all-round care. If I am honest this would not have been my view 18 months ago but well done to the manager on the turnaround, can see Mom is loved.

The standard of care is very good. The staff are kind and attentive. The premises are very clean. The reception staff are friendly and the nursing staff all over the building are very warm and friendly. I cannot fault the care. Excellent. The security is superb. Lots of love put into the building.

The past few months I can see lots of improvement, especially with the new staff. I have good relationships with staff and management so I try to help out as much as possible, which helps to keep our relatives happy. The food is slightly improved but some days could be better.

My sister-in-law was a resident here for 13 days. In that time, all of the staff were very kind to her popping in to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. Their kindness overwhelmed me at the time I needed it. Her passing was made easier through their kindness.

In my personal opinion Prime Life need to look into the running of the home. I would also appreciate if they could return the call of the message that was left on 26th September. Please think twice before sending your loved ones here.

As most places, short staffed but the carers were generally kind and doing their best but can't keep up with demand and needs of residents due to lack of staff and bad management. Rooms are nice and has a lovely garden so all seems good if you go by appearances however the care is lacking and they can only cope with residents who need minimal care. Grandad went in pretty able to feed himself and mobilise and therefore we thought it was pretty good. Was only there for respite and he had visitors every day so we did as much as we could for him too. Unfortunately, as he declined we found the care lacking and unsafe. He ended up with several bedsores. He always looked uncomfortable and dishevelled. They didn't bother to change him or clean him. They didn't even help him eat and drink when he needed help.

My mum was at Lyndon Croft for nearly 10 years. She was happy there and the care and attention she received were perfect. I was always informed of any incidents or illnesses. The staff are and were wonderful. Thank you.
