Claire you and Steven have had an open door and a friendly ear while I myself have been upset. They have listened with care, compassion and professionalism. Nothing has been a hassle and all my thoughts and opinions taken into consideration. Staff have taken the time to get to know mum and the family very well in a short period of time. Thank you for all your hard work.

From the moment you walk through the doors, there is a genuine sense of warmth and friendliness. The staff go above and beyond to make residents feel valued, respected and, most importantly, at home. It is clear that they take the time to get to know each resident as an individual, understanding their personalities, preferences and what makes them happy

Mum recently had a fall, dealt with effectively and afterwards staff suggested Mum taken to downstairs during day as she has more areas to walk (which she loves) and more things to see. She can sit and rest when she is tired and walk when and for as long as she wants. Staff interact with her and its reassuring for me as her daughter that the staff truly care for her wellbeing.

I have visited Brookfield on many occasions over the last 12 months to visit a dear friend and I am always greeted with a smile. The staff all work very hard and the home has a lovely welcome feel when you enter. I would recommend Brookfield to anyone looking for a special place for loved ones

The care home is clean, well maintained, and caters well for my fathers condition. Staff have been friendly, helpful and very sociable, and easy to approach. My father appears to be settled and is more alert and is now responding more than when he was in hospital.

My mother is treated exceptionally well, that care she receives is 2nd to none, the only thing I would comment on is sometimes the food isn't the best but my mum just asks for something else ie omelette, toast etc and is given this instead. I think the choice of food could be more age appropriate but apart from that I have no issues whatsoever.

Staff are so intentive and made my family member feel comfortable and relaxed. The food is amazing and always looks and smells good. The rooms are lovely and there is always something to do. Enjoyed sitting by the window and looking out into the garden.

My mum has been resident in Willowbank care home for one year now. From the admission to now all the staff have been professional and caring. They are so friendly and welcoming at any time. The leadership is of a kind, caring & compassionate nature and this is modelled throughout the staff. Mums room is always clean and comfortable. Mum has been well cared for since her admission and settled very well into this new environment. I have not problem recommending this care home to others. We care lucky to have her placed here. Well done to all the team. You are all worth your weight in gold.

During the time my friend, for whom I was also Power of Attorney, was in Monksbarns she was very settled and comfortable. The staff were very caring and helpful. When she was unwell they were clearly devoted This was a great move for her.

Based on my interaction with Sarah of Antiquary House - by telephone, in person at my boyfriends home and also in the care home - I have been wholly impressed with the transparency.proactiveness/quick communication/sincerety which comes across from the manager. Importantly, this is demonstrated in the interactions which I have seen with staff to residents and in the direct case of my boyfriend. What is hugely important is the appearance of staff & the manager to deal with my boyfriend's diagnosis of Huntington's disease (of 14 years now) as well as the engagement with the HD advisor who is also visible in communication with Antiquary House.

Staff are very friendly and always on hand when something needs done. Care home is always clean and tidy. When my grandad has had an emotional day staff have been very supportive and allowed him to phone home to his wife. More activities could be provided for emotional days to keep residents distracted.

The carers go above and beyond for all residents.

Antiquary is very welcoming. Both staff and management are exceptional I know my husband is safe and being well cared for.

My brother and I visited 15 nursing homes in the Dundee, Abroath area. My mother broke both of her knees and will not walk again. We needed some place that would look after her 24/7. The manager is first class. Mum moved into Antiquary Care Home mid May and has settled in well due to the care given, nice room, good food, friendly atmosphere. The care home is spotlessly clean and staff are first class. My brother and I are so happy that our choice of home has lived up to expectations for my 93 year old mother.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to other carers

Staff are friendly enough. Keeps me informed about health, e.g falls etc, management are approachable.

Since coming to St Ronans Care Home my partner settle very happy before he was very depressed, love fun with all staff is now so happy had a head injury and is younger than most in here I was so worried about him coming into care but it has been the best thing we did he happy settled and thinks its his new flat he is lived in here very safe and is very well cared for from all the staff.

My mother has been in Monkbarns for over a year now. From the initial search for a home to the ongoing care my mum has received it has been nothing less than truly excellent. The care home is brilliant. The staff are brilliant and the activities keep my mum entertained. Big shout out to Debbie and the staff in Seaview especially. They have been a great help to my mum and to myself. Taking amazing care of her and setting my mind at ease when dealing with dementia.
