I visit a friend in Dalniglar care home in Crieff several times a week.At every visit I have met with a very positive,caring atmosphere. The staff are all lovely,caring people,and nothing is to much trouble.

Dad has been in the care of Stormont lodge for 4 months now. He is treated with the greatest respect, dignity and kindness. The people that work here are helpful and happy and great advocates for the residents. There always seem to be things going on to keep everyone busy and active.

Friendly helpful staff who create a cheerful feel about the home. The home manager is very approachable, positive and prompt to deal with any issues. The food can sometimes be an issue if the regular chef is not available as my wife is on a puree diet. Activities appear to be varied & well organised but as my wife is bedbound, this is an observation. A caring friendly well run home.

The staffs are all friendly and accommodating, Attended to all my dad's needs with care, respect and dignity. My dad is enjoying his stay at Stormont lodge. They assisted my dad's admission from the first day up to present without any problem. And they guide us throughout the process. They are very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Dad has been well cared for for ten years

My husband was at the carehome for nearly 3 months. All the staff were great at their job, and treated my husband respectfully, and treated with dignity. I was always welcomed when I came to visit and was always offered a cup of tea, and a smile.

Excellent. Care : making sure my parents needs are cared for going above and beyond to make sure they are happy. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are very friendly and most important to us kind. We are kept informed of all that is going on in the carehome ie: Activities and feel very welcome when we visit. Over all : Couldn't ask for a better carehome for my parents

I am delighted with the care that my father is receiving at Stormont lodge. He is very happy to be there and we all appreciate the wonderful staff who are so friendly and caring to him and to us when we visit. He also assures us that the food is excellent! It really is a lovely care home where we know our father is looked after very well and also valued as a resident.

As previous reviews, my Mum is a long term resident with Dementia. Herr care continues to be absolutely excellent. The Staff are attentive, caring and compassionate. In recent times my mum had been very frail and quite ill. I have always been kept informed. I live quite a distance away. I have been able to discuss with the staff and doctor her sutuation and treatment options. I have visited regularly in recent weeks and am always made welcome and am able to spend time with Mum. I can see the staff doing day to day stuff, and they just get on with it quietly and efficiently and without fuss. This is a huge comfort to me as I can see them interacting with other residents in the sme manner. There is always a welcome, a chat and a good attitude. I am sure that they have challenges, especially with some residents but they always ,in my experience trwt everyone with respect and dignity.

Very friendly and clean care home. Staff all lovely and welcoming and provide great care. 1 of the best care homes iv seen well kept and very clean standards also. Always getting lovely coffees and cakes too when visiting.

She always felt safe and was treated with great care and respect which is a credit to you all.

I am very impressed with the high level of care and professional manner shown by all members of staff. The home is well run by the management team, you are always kept well informed. It is just like a big family and nothing is ever too much trouble, always willing to help. High standard of cleanliness and has a great variety of activities. Excellent choice of meals. A truly happy, friendly atmosphere felt by all from the moment you arrive until you leave.

Facilities - building tired + neglected looking - garden is overgrown and not nice to sit in.

Our experience was one of caring, knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and happy. The staff were all very nice and we could not fault a thing. Excellent experience from office staff to staff work in the home.

Father became a resident in April 2026 so review only covers 3 months. Initialy staff treated dad as if he has dementia (which he doesn't) however after getting to know him staff have been excellent in their care. All staff very friendly and helpful and any issues are dealt with promptly.

I am very happy with the care home I have only been going for a week but I am happy with the care of my partner and all the staff I have met are dedicated to there work and very helpful there is nomore I can say except thank you to all.

My mother was a resident at North Inch Care Home for 2 years before she passed. During this time I always found the staff to be warm and caring. Holly, the manager, was efficient and effective in dealing with any queries I had.

Towards the end of my mum's life the staff were very caring and supportive to not only my mother but also to me. I felt part of a caring community which was very reassuring and comforting during my mother's time at North Inch Care Home.

A very difficult time for mum, leaving previous care home/friends after 3 1/2 years and losing her sight. The carers have gone beyond care to help and assist her. Care cannot be faulted.
