Our ladies Care Home "Clonard Suite" has the most exceptional staff (Kitchen, laundry, entertainment, cleaners, Carers and nurses). I have witnessed care, kindness, friendship, empathy and sympathy with all day and night staff. The staff here are all a credit to this care home and are Our ladies greatest asset however, this year there seems to be a movement in the staff from one unit to another and a few staff have left or are leaving. This is a worrying factor for demensia patients who need continuaty. It means the existing staff are run of their feet and the residents begin to suffer. I hope this changes.

The experience in Park Manor is always excellent. The caring kindness of all the staff is really great. They make residents and their visitors feel like family. My dad has flourished since going into Parkmanor Oaks and is so content which makes me feel very content in knowing he is well looked after.

My husband was admitted to Parkmanor care home in Dec 2023 he suffers from Alzheimer's disease. From the first moment that we made contact with the home we were treated with great kindness and empathy. The home is extremely well managed and the communication is excellent. The staff are very kind and attentive to all my husband's needs. The staff report every day on his health, mood, activity and general well being. The activities and entertainment provided are exceptional there are regular weekly events and special dates are celebrated in such a professional manner. I cannot thank the staff enough for providing a home from home for my husband and family.

My parent was admitted 3/6/24. He has settle well. It is just like a big family nothing is to hard for them. Not do they look after my parent. The look after me plenty too.

This is a great place my granny only went in the past few months staff are lovely kind and caring and have fun with the residents , food and meals are great plenty of snacks drinks. This place looks like a hotel very well styled and clean with plenty of entertainment for the residents , has a cinema room , mini cafe room where the do high teas , salon which granny done every week bedrooms showers are lovely , I was not happy granny going into a care home but this is the place I would want here I've been in many a care home through my job and this care home is honestly the best I've seen yet everything is done with a high standard . If I had to go into a care home this is where I would want to be when I am old .

My husband has been in the milesian manor for a couple of years he has been well looked after he's like one of the family everyone of the staff know him and call him by his name they are very good in all his needs very pleasant to speak to all have time to answer any questions you may have, or if you want something done they will see it's done can't praise them enought for the time and care they have given him l know he is okay and safe there.

From the moment my special person my mummy was admitted I was very reluctant that this is it she's going to be locked away never to be free again but how wrong these thoughts were.From entering the unit after settling a few days the laughter her smiles all came back ! The nurses quite honestly more friends in Ratheane could not have supported showed so much devotion and love .I can never thank and love them all so much for the support and love I received to get mummy and me through this horrible journey x

Our Mum has lived in Milesian Manor for almost 3 years. It is a beautiful home with excellent facilities. The staff are amazing, caring, friendly and gentle with her. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The nurses are vigilant and professional and we are kept informed of anything we need to know. There is a great range of activities which Mum is encouraged to join in with and Saturday tea parties which she loves. The staff recently helped us with a fantastic family party for her 80th birthday which was an amazing day for us all. She gets her hair done in the home every weekend and is always clean, comfortable and very well looked after. It is wonderful that we are able to visit with Mum to spend quality time, even if it's just to hold her hand while she snoozes. The quality of her care in Milesian Manor allows us that luxury, this time is so valuable to us and we could not have asked for better residential care.

My sister was a resident in Our Lady's 3 months before she passed in January just a few weeks ago. From the moment she moved into this wonderful, we all saw a big change in her. She was so happy beyond our wildest dreams as the staff carers and nurses, everyone made us so welcome and the care was second to none. Thank you, your worth is your weight in gold.

Our Lady's Care Home is an extremely well-run Home. It has a very warm friendly atmosphere throughout and the staff are excellent. They are very caring, warm, professional and supportive not just to the residents but to their families as well. The management and admin staff are very approachable for any problems that may arise. The recreational coordinators have a varied range of activities taking place on a daily basis. The rooms and all public areas are kept very clean. The laundry and kitchen staff do a tremendous job also and the meals that are produced are of a high standard. I have had experiences with other Care Homes and this is by far the best.

My mother in law resides in Milesian Manor Lifestyle Care Home. The staff and management have been incredibly supportive to my wife and her family throughout her time there. My mother in law is content and well cared for in beautiful surroundings, by compassionate and caring people.

My grandmother stayed with Parkmanor Oaks care home and she was treated so well! They are a complete credit to themselves for how much they care for their residents as if they are their own family. They spent so much time always making sure my grandmother was involved in activities, and made sure her day was always full of laughter and joy. They are such a homely place to have a loved one stay with. I'm so grateful to each and every staff member for taking such great care of my grandmother.

Wonderfully caring staff. Loads of activities for residents with huge effort in decorating for occasions. Lovely clean rooms. Facilities top notch. Constant engagement with nursing and care staff is also a big plus.

My Granny spent the last four months of her life in the Donegal Suite at Our Lady's Care Home and she couldn't have been happier there. The home was excellent but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. They cared for my Granny with such kindness and compassion, while also being a great support to my Granda and all of us who came to visit. Their warmth, gentle care and ability to make her smile every day meant the world to us. I will always be thankful for the love and care they showed her in her final months.

Parkmanor Oaks Nursing home I can't thank them enough for their care and understanding of my mum's needs. The staff are very supportive, caring and go above and beyond to all the residents. Great entertainment days during the week getting everyone involved enjoying a few hours of music and craic. Food is good and plentiful the kitchen staff are great providing a very high standard everyday. Parkmanor Oaks has a warm and comfortable atmosphere and a great team of people. Big thank you to them all.

Parkmanor Oaks is very family orientated and we are included in all events. The staff have become like a family to me and my family over the past year.

As a family we couldn't be happier with the care the staff at the home provide for our mum. So welcoming for us when we go to visit mummy. The activities put on by the staff/home for the residents are so so good.

Our family can't thank Our Lady's Care Home, and the Donegal Suite staff in particular, enough for the care they gave our mom in the past few months. The staff in the Donegal Suite is incredible! They are professional, warm and patient. It was lovely to watch them, not only our mother, but with other residents as well. To name them all would be impossible, but every nurse, care assistant, kitchen staff, laundry staff and cleaner, made my mother's experience at Our Lady's positive and supportive. Thank you all!
