She's at peace now.

My MIL was admitted to this place. Every surface is sticky. She was placed on an air mattress that was not blown up, bedding is full of stains. The previous male occupant departed. His clothes are still there and my MIL was forced to wear it since the staff had put it on her, while her M&S clothes are in the closet. Food is cold and not up to promises. Everything you read about activities and all are nice sounding on the website, but otherwise it's all older person neglect!!! Working on getting her out after 4 days

My Mother was a resident in Rosemount care Home Portadown for 2years until her passing in August 2024. I could not rate all the staff highly enough in their care of looking after my mum. They were very informative regarding her medical needs and helpful and nothing was too much trouble and they were always available for a friendly chat. Definitely an A*. Thank you, Rosemount for all you have done for my Mum.

These kind and caring staff were family for my uncle, who sadly passed away in July. We will be forever grateful for their kindness and compassion to him during his years living there and his end-of-life care. Many thanks.

I find the staff to be very caring and understand the needs of my father, which was lacking in other facilities he has resided in. The management are on hand if we have any concerns and are always so helpful and understanding. My dad is treated with dignity which gives us peace of mind. His room has been changed around to better suit his needs and is always clean and cosy. The staff and overall standard is excellent.

I have found Apple Blossom Lodge have provided my father with excellent care in the past 18 months. Staff and management are attentive and understanding to his needs. Both staff and management have been patient and have helped him in all of the difficulties his condition has brought on him. The home and his room are very clean and everything is kept to a high standard. Highly recommend.

My father has been a resident from June 22. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care, compassion and love Daddy receives. Apple Blossom is very family orientated and care is catered to each individual's needs. I was very apprehensive about Daddy transferring from hospital but very quickly I was at ease and knew the correct decision had been made for Daddy.

On my recent visit to see my uncle I was very impressed with the staff's friendliness and attention they gave him during my visit. It had a splendid festive feel with all the decorations. My uncle was very happy and content in his surroundings especially enjoying the peaceful countryside location.

My father is treated with the utmost care and attention, very pleased.

The staff in Apple Blossom are very professional and courteous. They are very approachable, they treat my husband with great care and kindness. The home is always spotless and warm. My husband participates in all activities like feeding the animals, growing veg and flowers. We feel he is kept safe and secure.

The staff are always professional, friendly and very approachable. The level of care shown to my father is excellent and he loves this care home. The home is always clean and fresh and has great facilities. Dad loves the daily activities, especially feeding the pigs and looking after his vegetables that he planted. We feel that Dad is safe and secure, which means the world to us as a family. We highly recommend this care home.

We visited for my son's birthday, as usual, we were given a warm welcome. I find all the staff to be friendly and accomodating. My son had several placements which broke down due to his complex needs associated with Autism, yet with care and training, Apple Blossom has become his home. Individual care planning is second to none, open communication and being attentive has certainly made my son's placement stable. I recommend Apple Blossom.

Visited many times and recently for my brother's birthday. Made very welcome, very pleasant staff, they look after him very well, I would highly recommend Apple Blossom Lodge.

The food is great. At Apple Blossom Lodge the staff are very good and attend to all my needs.

I have lived at Apple Blossom Lodge for three years now and enjoy living here. All my needs are met and the staff are friendly and I would extremely likely recommend here.

They communicated well with myself and other family members, giving detailed updates of his mental and physical health. Nothing was ever too much bother and it was very obvious from all staff members that the care of my brother was always the most important.

Father is a resident here in Apple Blossom care home. I feel very confident that my father is receiving top care and attention here and reassured that all staff take great respect in maintaining his dignity. All staff are very polite and caring, also very understanding with my father's needs, even when he becomes difficult at times. Highly recommend Apple Blossom and their highly qualified and trained staff.
