My husband is settling in well, and we are looking forward to him being able to get downstairs to the lounge and the garden. He is enjoying the food but finding the tea too milky to drink.

My mother has settled into the home, it's all new to her and her family as she previously lived in sheltered accommodation, but due to a fall and a long stay at hospital she was not safe to be on her own anymore. It's taken a while for her to adjust but she has now settled in with the routine of the
nursing home. The staff are friendly and helpful and treat her with respect. The food is cooked on site and is always nice. Any problems have been reported to the management and dealt with promptly. I would recommend this home to families with elderly relatives.
Reply from Gemma Howells, Head of Marketing at St Mark's Court Care HomeThank you so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful review. It's wonderful to hear your kind words about our team. We take great pride in providing friendly, respectful and person-centred care, and feedback like yours means a great deal to the staff who support your mother every day.

As a family, we are very happy with the care my father is receiving at April Court. We are always kept up to date with any health issues. The staff are very friendly and caring, but still efficient. My friend has been in Three Cliffs since October 2022. It took her many months to settle but things gradually became more familiar to her. Almost 3 years on she is calm, quiet and relaxed. She has forgotten how to walk but still enjoys company and drinking coffee. She also eat well. She receives very
good care from compassionate, kind care staff and diligent nursing staff. She is recovering well from a large clot on one lung and is very peaceful and comfortable in her chain in the lounge each day.

Mum has been a resident in Three Cliffs for almost 2 years. The home is kept exceptionally clean, and always smells fresh. Mum is well cared for, her personal hygiene needs are well taken care of and she is always dressed in clean clothing. the carers even match her jewellery to the outfit of the day
and paint her nails. The staff are all dedicated and professional, and they show compassion to all of the residents and visiting family. Mum has recently been extremely unwell. I did not want her to be hospitalised, I was overwhelmed with how dedicated all the staff were in caring for her every need. Thank you to all the nurses and carers who nursed Mum back to health. Truly appreciate you.

Excellent staff; caring and friendly. Quick to attend to the resident's needs, welcoming to visitors offering tea and a seat. My client's room is small for wheelchair & hoist and corridors/lifts narrow and awkward for large chair. Some decor needs touching up. But the important thing - the care is very
good by lovely staff.
