My parents moved into Springfield in October 2024. They were happy and comfortable. Sadly we lost Mum in January 2025. Dad has settled well after wonderful support and care from the staff. Springfield is a fabulous care home with the emphasis on care. Everything is well run and the communication between the staff and us for any reason, is excellent. We are very happy that Dad is safe and well looked after

Place looks the part, but in my finding doesn't play the part. Both of my mothers hearing aids lost and staff didn't even realise? She very rarely has an apron on when foods served, so her clothes get very messy, yet a lot of residents do? As for activities think she's been taken to the room once! If you could put a camera to watch the mayhem of the food performance of staff its chaotic. The place doesn't seem to have a regular structure to follow, everything seems ad hoc.

Mum has been at Springfield only for a few months, the meeting was for an update on her needs and care. The manager was lovely, very thorough and answered any questions we had. We are very happy with Springfield Manor regarding all mum's needs.

The home is very calming when you enter and facilities are second to none. The staff and care given to my mum are of the very highest standard and staff very friendly and professional.

Father-in-law has settled in really well, we feel happy that he is now being looked after.

I am very pleased with the care my mum receives from all staff. Everyone is caring and considerate to my mum's well being. In her community she is inclusive of all activities, encouraged to try other activities, such as painting, knitting and exercise as well as a game of dominoes.

I don't plan as I get older to go into a home for older people but if I did Springfield Manor would be a home I believe would be good excellent home to live in. They look after my dad Ken very well. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is kept very clean and tidy. I have known Megan since she was a baby and does a very good job as do others. I like the fact you employ people from other countries.

My father has been a resident at Springfield Manor for the last 6 months, after having to move from a previous care home. From day 1 he was made to feel very welcome and he settled really well. The staff are always pleasant, smiling and attentive. The actual home is like a 5 star hotel, including cinema room, art room, library and even a pretend pub. Would definitely recommend to others.

The home is beautiful, modern home, that is very comfortable. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. The staff care very much for the residents within their capabilities and resources. There was a packed schedule of events for Christmas and December and everyone did their best to make Christmas happy and merry.

I can't thank Springfield Manor enough for how they've helped my Dad settle in after as a family we were very concerned about placing him in care. We needn't have worried. There's always someone on hand to answer any questions we have he's always clean happy and in my Dads case well fed. It has a very friendly communal atmosphere and when we visit we're made to feel very welcome

Me and my wife cannot speak too highly of our view of this establishment which if possible we would definitely use again.

Well informed of incidents, first class care from staff and management. All go above and beyond to accommodate for residents and family. Excellent choice of activities and amenities for residents. Excellent home and surroundings. Would highly recommend.

The home is a delight. Wonderfully clean staff are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and towards the end they did everything to make her feel as comfortable and as loved as possible. The facilities are first class and the highest compliment I can pay is to say that I never want to end up in a care home but I would be happy to stay at Springfield Manor!

Mum and dad moved to Springfield Manor last September. It was a deeply difficult & emotional decision to take but I knew that even with carers I could not continue to manage their needs at home. Springfield helped to make this huge step so much easier by showing true empathy, consideration & kindness to me, as well as to mum & dad. The care shown to my parents is so wonderful, & they treat them as if they were their own, being compassionate, caring & always ensuring their dignity. Mum is non-verbal, with no mobility, & they spend time checking that she is okay & ensuring she can join in with the amazing activities provided. I was so worried when mum & dad went into residential care that I would lose a part of them, but they have thrived & are so happy. Visiting is now such a joyful experience that I look forward to without any worries. Everyone is fabulous in providing outstanding care. Thank you especially to the dedicated manager whose help, advice & care mean the world to us all.

The care my father received was beyond excellent. The manager was very attentive and caring as were the staff. I would definitely recommend Springfield Manor Care Home to anyone. Everything possible was done to make dads short stay as comfortable and dignified. I cannot thank all the staff enough.

I have every confidence that my wife is receiving excellent care. She is safe, comfortable, calm and yes, well looked after. All the staff are caring. It is their job and they do it very, very well. Springfield is, without doubt, the best care home I have ever visited. Thank you all at Springfield Manor.
