I am more than happy with the care my um receives at Maple Court. The staff are friendly and helpful. The moving in touches such as the welcome home banner and special cake were such a lovely thing to do. Mum is well cared for and seems happy living at Maple Court. I would highly recommend this care

On the whole everyone is very kind and helpful from an outsiders opinion more staff (permanent) is required but the staff that is there work very hard to help everyone, always there from my point of view to answer questions and deal with problems.

I was so pleased with the way my partner, Diana has settled into Crystal Court care home. The manager Mandy and all her staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive to her. One instance, the other day Diana mislayed her handbag and the staff was so diligent and after a thorough search they found it.
Diana, in my opinion is happy and settled and as soon as you enter Crystal Court you sense a lovely atmosphere.

We are completely happy with the staff/premises/cleanliness and the way the staff interact with resident. We live 3 hours away but when we visit, we always leave feeling more content that resident is looked after so well. Thank you form all the family.

Nothing is too much trouble for the manager and staff at Maple Court. My Dad has been made to feel so at home here in a very short time. They even arranged an anniversary afternoon tea for my Mum and Dad which was delicious. All the staff are lovely and my parents are safe and well cared for.

Unfortunately, my wife fell in December 2025, broke a couple of bones in her feet, and the Line Manager SS deemed that I could stay at the home with carers, but I was put into Maple Court Care Home. I was very reluctant at first, but I was made to feel at home by the friendly staff and residents. A
lovely atmosphere of kindness and warmth has made my stay as comfortable as at home. My wife is also improving with the care; we were cared for at home.

Mum has lived here since June 2023 and there have been improvements in that time with regard to decorating and furnishings, much better now as was rundown and dingy.
The staff are the best asset though Mum struggles with those for whom English is not their first language. They are cheerful and welcoming
but have so many demands with the combination of residents needs that sometimes there is nobody sitting with those in the lounge who are left with the TV on.
Mum is stubborn so may refuse to join in, she has no memory so can't tell us what she has done but there seems to be little mental stimulation.
The residents behave like a family and are in and out of each other's rooms, borrowing clothes and other items, bickering and then making up. Lost property has been an issue and must be difficult to keep track of.
Mum enjoys the meals, 3 a day plus elevenses and supper, there are choices offered and help to eat is given to those who need it.

All ways there to help. Asked if they could have mum ready for pick up for weeding. Got mum ready and makeup and hair and nails done. Care for mum is first class. They keep us informed of any hospital appointment

Care Home's is all new to me on an immediate family situation but I have experienced visiting grandparents in the past. I find Maple Court a very well run organisation with good friendly staff with good knowledge within the sector that they work in. I find the facilities for mums care to be excellent,
from the cleansenus of the home, from good housekeeping, the staff dealing with one-to-one situations, and with group get-togethers. I also find it is a safe environment for the residents and staff, also knowing that mum's later years will be pleasant at this home.

Friendly, helpful and caring staff, always considerate of my relatives needs and dignity
Good facilities, always clean and well maintained. Activities arranged and residents encouraged to take part, but never pressured if they don't want to take part. Couldn't want for better for my relative.

The staff at Maple Court have always treated my mum with kindness and dignity. They take really good care of her and are always obliging in her needs.They always say hello to me when I visit and have a chat, make me cuppa, offer me some dinner and are very friendly. I always speak highly of Maple Court. The care given to mum is exceptional; nothing is too much when asking about mum's health and well-being. Mum always looks clean and cared for; all staff are very friendly, approachable and treat mum with dignity and respect. Everyone goes above and beyond not only
for mum but for myself. I feel like they are part of our family. I know when I am unable to visit due to work, I know mum has all her needs fulfilled. I cannot fault anything. What an amazing home.

My wife has been resident at Crystal Court for three years in the nursing dementia wing. Of the five homes we considered, Crystal Court was the best; I have just recommended it to a friend and, after she looked at two others, her husband is now at Crystal Court. The home is welcoming. The care staff
are excellent and, most importantly, we have continuity of care staff who have come to know my wife well which must, itself, improve her care. I visit daily and there is always a chair available (usually placed by my wife's chair in the lounge) ready for my visit. The home is cleaned daily and the rooms are excellent. Management is approachable and helpful.

After my mother had been in hospital for a period of time it was a breath of fresh air for her to come to Maple Court. From the very start it could be seen that the staff were very caring and attentive to my mother's needs. As I live a distance away and could not visit on a regular basis the staff went
out of they way to take the phone to my mother. If mum was asleep they gave me an update. I can honestly say that mum is in safe and caring environment.
