My mum has been in maple court since December I find most of the staff friendly and helpful and go out of there way . They cater for my mum's diet requirements and ensures she is hydrated. Her appearance is always good and she receives good personal care in a person centred way . Any injuries or complaints are dealt with quickly and efficiently over all I am happy with the care my mum receives at maple court and would recommend

A friendly and well run home with professional and caring staff. The residents seem happy and contended.

My husband is very well cared for, and I know he can be difficult at times, but all the staff have his best interests at heart, and he is very well cared for by all involved in his care needs.

I am more than happy with the care my um receives at Maple Court. The staff are friendly and helpful. The moving in touches such as the welcome home banner and special cake were such a lovely thing to do. Mum is well cared for and seems happy living at Maple Court. I would highly recommend this care home.

On the whole everyone is very kind and helpful from an outsiders opinion more staff (permanent) is required but the staff that is there work very hard to help everyone, always there from my point of view to answer questions and deal with problems.

I was so pleased with the way my partner, Diana has settled into Crystal Court care home. The manager Mandy and all her staff are so friendly, helpful and attentive to her. One instance, the other day Diana mislayed her handbag and the staff was so diligent and after a thorough search they found it. Diana, in my opinion is happy and settled and as soon as you enter Crystal Court you sense a lovely atmosphere.

We are completely happy with the staff/premises/cleanliness and the way the staff interact with resident. We live 3 hours away but when we visit, we always leave feeling more content that resident is looked after so well. Thank you form all the family.

Maple Court provides my husband with a safe, caring environment. Staff act upon any concerns raised promptly. The atmosphere is happy and staff seem to enjoy their work.

Nothing is too much trouble for the manager and staff at Maple Court. My Dad has been made to feel so at home here in a very short time. They even arranged an anniversary afternoon tea for my Mum and Dad which was delicious. All the staff are lovely and my parents are safe and well cared for.

The staff are all very friendly and are looking after my dad very well. I have no concerns at all as he is very happy. The entertainment and activities he enjoys too.

Unfortunately, my wife fell in December 2025, broke a couple of bones in her feet, and the Line Manager SS deemed that I could stay at the home with carers, but I was put into Maple Court Care Home. I was very reluctant at first, but I was made to feel at home by the friendly staff and residents. A lovely atmosphere of kindness and warmth has made my stay as comfortable as at home. My wife is also improving with the care; we were cared for at home.

Mum enjoys the meals, 3 a day plus elevenses and supper, there are choices offered and help to eat is given to those who need it.

I couldn't thank Maple Court enough for giving my nana a place here! It has done her the world of good. Nothing is ever too much for the staff to help. I would wholeheartedly recommend Maple Court to anyone!

Care Home's is all new to me on an immediate family situation but I have experienced visiting grandparents in the past. I find Maple Court a very well run organisation with good friendly staff with good knowledge within the sector that they work in. I find the facilities for mums care to be excellent, from the cleansenus of the home, from good housekeeping, the staff dealing with one-to-one situations, and with group get-togethers. I also find it is a safe environment for the residents and staff, also knowing that mum's later years will be pleasant at this home.

Good facilities, always clean and well maintained. Activities arranged and residents encouraged to take part, but never pressured if they don't want to take part. Couldn't want for better for my relative.
