As you know a full investigation was carried out in response to your concerns, and our findings shared with you. I understand this may not have concluded in the way you'd hoped, but I want to reassure you that we took your feedback seriously.With regards to the equipment provided which didn't meet your expectations, It was your family's decision to purchase an alternative mattress for your dad was made out of love and care, and I know it meant a lot to him. We supported that choice as best we could.In respect of meals, we endeavour to offer a varied and enjoyable menu, and we regularly review it based on resident and family feedback. I'm sorry that this wasn't your experience.If you would like to share any further thoughts, please do reach out to me directly.
