Everything and everyone in this care home are absolutely fantastic. My mother in law is always well looked after and needs for nothing. All the staff are absolutely brilliant and fully focus on residents health and wellbeing. Jo and myself personally want to thank you all for all you hard work. And
not forgetting about the gorgeous Pearl, we love you Pearl, Barry and Jo. X x

My Mum has been at Granville Lodge for 5 years and really enjoys her time here. We both find the staff to be helpful, kind and very professional.
I have had a lot of contact with both reception, Managers and nursing staff and find them all very commutative and approachable. They care greatly for the
residents and each other and there is a great sense of togetherness within the home.
The home has a lovely garden and good facilities for the residents, meal times are sociable and there is always something they can be interacting in.
I can't stress how good their communication is and they are always there to help. I feel Granville Lodge is a nice environment for my Mum and would recommend.
Reply from Oomar Suhootoorah, Manager at Granville LodgeThank you for your kind words. Mum truly enjoys her time here and consistently brings joy to the whole team!

I make a weekly visit to a resident of Granville Lodge and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the home with rooms well decorated and pleasing pictures and artwork in corridors and communal areas.
The staff makes every effort to meet the needs and wishes
of the resident. A wide variety of activities and entertainment is available but no undue pressure is put on the resident to take part.
The resident enjoys a local trip out in a wheelchair when I visit. This would not be possible without the uncomplaining help of care staff in getting her ready to go out.
Reply from Olivia Butler, Manager at Granville LodgeThank you for your feedback and kind words. The care team love to see our residents get out and about!

The carers in this place are really very helpful, they are taking care of my friend like he is a member of their own family, can't thank them enough. My friend is having really quality time. He used to live alone, but it was a big challenge for him since he has moved to Granville, he is having the proper
care he needs in a friendly and efficient way.
Reply from Oomar Suhootoorah, Manager at Granville LodgeThank you for your kind words. We are very thankful that your friend is proud to call this place his home.

My mother has been a resident at Granville Lodge for over 2years now.
She has vascular dementia and some days needs a lot more help/care than other days. At Granville she has been encouraged to socialise and now interacts with staff and residents.
Mum really enjoys all the musical activities.
I am
really happy with mums care and have only praise for all the lovely friendly staff..
Reply from Olivia Butler, Manager at Granville LodgeThank you for your kind words. Your continued support for the team at Granville is ever so appreciated and we continue to strive to do our best by our residents.

I would like to take the time to say Thankyou to Osbourne Court Care Home.
My dad is currently living with Dementia and has been a resident at Osbourne Court Care Home, for the past 3 years.
All the staff go above and beyond. Dad is always smiling when I come to visit and so are all the other residents
which makes the visit pleasant.
Over the last 3 years my dads health has declined which is to be expected due to the dementia. If I've ever had any concerns, the care staff find solutions in order to support him. I never feel anything is to much trouble to ask.
Thankyou again for all the hard work you all do.

From the start one member of staff in particular and his team kept us fully informed of dad's well-being . My dad was there for 14 weeks receiving end of life care. The staff made his last weeks as comfortable as possible and made it more bearable for us by removing as much stress from us as possible
and always keeping us upto date. It was particularly comforting for us to know dad was in a safe and caring environment. I would definitely recommend granville lodge.
Reply from Zoe Young, Home Administrator at Granville LodgeThank you for your lovely words. It is always our intention to provide the best support we can and this not only extends to our service users, but to their family and friends as well, it was a pleasure getting to know you all, and our love and best wishes are with you. My husband was so well cared for at Osborne Court. All relatives want the reassurance that their loved ones are happy and secure in a care home. Relatives want to know staff are kind, caring, compassionate and are aware of and respond to the needs of their loved ones. The staff at Osborne Court were
wonderful and delivered all of the above and more. I would recommend Osborne Court to relatives who are looking for a caring and efficient care home. Thank you all.

I love to visit my nan at the home, they are very kind and look after her very well.
My nan is happy at the home. They help my nan to enjoy life as much as possible.
Her needs have changed since she went in but that's been very smooth and they have helped her to adapt very well.

Dad has been very happy at Osborne Court and very well looked after by both the nursing and caring team.
His room is comfortable if a little dated and he enjoys the food.
There have been improvements in the communal areas but the most important thing is dad seems happy and content.
As a family with
a number of mobility issues visiting can be difficult but if there are any concerns the nursing staff will call and update us.
I'd love to have access to tea and coffee making so I could share a cuppa with Dad without bothering the hard-working, busy staff.

My mother's care in the last weeks of her life was exemplary. The management ensured that staff were prepared, trained and qualified to nurse and care for her with respect, compassion and the necessary skills.
At the end of my mother's life, they supported me to be with her until the very end with
a team of wonderful nurses and carers around me. I will be forever grateful to them all.

My mum was in Osborne Court Care Home from 22nd December 2022 until she passed away 2nd February 2023 where she received fantastic care from every member of staff in the care home. She was treated with respect from all, especially comments from chef. Also, the management, every member of staff also
looked after Mum's family.

My uncle was admitted to Osborne Court Care Home from an extended stay in hospital. He immediately felt at home here and was treated with kindness and dignity. His stay was short due to his untimely passing but I, and all of our family, would like to thank the staff here for the dedicated service and
treatment that wax extended to Uncle during his stay.
