As well as showing Mum the utmost care and respect since she moved in, the staff have always had time for my questions, providing reassurance to me at a very difficult time.
Mum is now a permanent resident at the home, and while Mum’s situation is a sad one (she has advanced dementia and is non-verbal), I know Mum is being well looked after.
I love the fact that the home is on social media, so we sometimes catch a glimpse of Mum on there, taking part in some of the many activities the home arrange.
I would have no hesitation recommending this home. The staff are friendly, caring, and professional, and the atmosphere is always homely and welcoming.

the light dining room with music playing makes it a real social occasion. It’s early days but I don’t think we could have found anywhere nicer.

There always seems to be thought behind the daily activities and we can see what residents have done that day through the social media updates, which is a comfort. My dad is happy here and his conversation has improved.

For those not immediately local, Brantley provide great social media updates - so we can see the various interactions and visitors (human and animals) to the home. This is so reassuring and I would thoroughly recommend Brantley Manor to those looking for care for their parent.
