Overall Experience

When visiting I find the management and helpful towards me and the residents. The rooms are very good and clean. There seems to be lots of entertainment put on for the residents i.e. Easter, Halloween, Xmas etc which everyone enjoys. My relative has settled in very well and I know they are looked after

which puts my mind at rest.

Overall Experience

My brother is in Rose House. He loves it there. The staff can't do enough for him. Thay are all brilliant. As well as management, thay all make you welcome.

Oldfield house the staff always make you feel welcome lovely and clean all the residents look happy there's always something going on singing dancing making decorations for Halloween and Christmas they take them out on day trips my parents have been in 3 months and they have settled in very well and

well looked after putting my mind at ease thank you to all the staff for looking after them

Overall Experience

Dad does seem to be settling in although it is still early days. The staff are very helpful and do try to encourage him to get involved. He does enjoy the food! and is starting to enjoy the company of others.

Overall Experience

We needed to find somewhere for mum as her health was failing. Stacey and her team were immediately available to show me around and help me through the initial process.
At a really difficult time I felt that the care and compassion shown to mum and dad was excellent.
The care home is always clean

and staff are visible and actively engaging with residents. They bring a little of the outside world into the home too with decorations and events for Halloween, Remembrance Day and Children in Need. To see mum settling is amazing. Thank you all so much.

Overall Experience

I have been in this home for only a few months. I had carers at home 6 times a day 2 carers each time. My husband is in his 'home' he has dementia. As I needed a lots of care and my husband is here permanently, so I came for short break and loved it the staff are great, managers, admin, cleaner, handyman,

kitchen staff every one goes that extra to get things done.

Overall Experience

Always a positive experience, staff very helpful although they are very short staffed. The home is always clean and meals are good, residents are taken on days out and plenty of activaties to keep them occupied.

Overall Experience

I can only say since the new manager has taken over everyone is much happier in themselves. Management is easier to talk to, nothing is too much trouble. All staff are so polite and cannot do enough for you. Then entertainment team are a massive plus, always on the go and terrific. They do some fabulous

activities which also can include families to join in. A big thank you to you all. Keep up the good work. A big thank you to Shelby when we first came to view the care home, was very obliging and listened to my concerns. This is a happy home my mum calls it Liberty Hotel!! Keep the good work up girls and boys!

Overall Experience

Mum was admitted to Rowena House with dementia (palliative care), in June 2025. The care, support and expertise of the staff reversed that "end of life" diagnosis into "long term stay", participating in activities that the staff develop and deliver. We have total faith and are grateful for the genuine

care given to her at this awful time in all our lives. Thank you so very, very much to all the Rowena staff.

Overall Experience

From what I can see from my weekly visits mum is happy though now not able to join in with activities etc. Im told that she eats well. I have regular calls to update her care plan. Staff are friendly, I am however surprised at the number of managers over the last 4 1/2 years.

Overall Experience

Upon visiting Oldfield House for the first time in looking for mum a care home we was greeted by Shileen the manager and the welcome was friendly and warm Shileen and all the staff made the family feel good by their actions all the residents looked happy.3 months on I know we made the right decision

in Oldfield house mum is at rest because the care is second to none in my opinion mum is always happy well fed clean and looked after many thanks to all the hard working staff at Oldfield House you are all amazing.

The care home is very clean and staff are great,
Every time I visit I wonder how my dad will be with his dementia getting worse all the time, but the staff take it all in their stride keeping smiling and dad seems at ease as well. I would recommend Laureate Court to anyone.

Overall Experience

I am very happy with how my sister June is looked after at Laureate Court care home. The staff are very attentive to all the residents and they are always ready to help with anything.
The only thing that could be better is the clothes she has sometimes go missing and I was once taken down to where

they are kept to try to find Junes missing clothes but it was a massive pile of clothes to look through! So it was hopeless to find them.

Overall Experience

My dad has been on respite for a few weeks at Rowena House. He settled in really quickly, which hasn't been the case anywhere else. From my first contact with the home to arrange a tour around, I have witnessed compassion and dedication from the staff. It may not be the most modern building, but the

genuine care is better by far than any other respite my dad has encountered. Well done to the management team, the place is run very well, and they are absolute stars to us!
