Overall Experience 5.0 out of 5
My Husband became a resident 12 months ago after being looked after at home for 12 years by myself, without the care, understanding and all round support from all staff I am sure my husband would not be with me now. Its a lovely, welcoming and comfortable home. Extremely clean and the food is good.
Plenty of activities take place which everyone seems to enjoy, plus trips out for the more mobile residents.
Reply from Lyndsay Sard, Manager at Bracebridge CourtDear Margaret,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a touching and heartfelt review. We know that after caring for your husband at home for 12 years, making the decision to move him into residential care must have been a profound transition for you both. It is an absolute privilege to care for him, and knowing that we have been able to provide the support, understanding, and comfort you both need means the world to our entire team.
We are thrilled to hear that you find the home welcoming, clean, and full of life, from the meals to our daily activities and trips out. Our main priority is to ensure our residents feel completely at home, safe, and treated with the utmost dignity.
Thank you for being such a wonderful part of our community here. Your kind words are a huge boost to the staff, and we look forward to continuing to support you and your husband.
Warmest regards,
Lyndsay

Can't fault the care my auntie had during her 5 year stay. Staff were kind, caring and patient. Always a warm and welcoming face when visiting. Her last few weeks, she was in her bed, and they kept her dignity right to the end. Couldn't have asked anymore from the care team. They were superb, and the
love for her was clearly shown.
Reply from Hayley Wyton, Manager at Four AcresThank you so much for your kind and heartfelt words. It was truly a privilege to care for your auntie over the past five years and to support her through every stage of her journey.
We are so pleased to hear that you felt welcomed and reassured by the team, and that your auntie was treated with kindness, patience and dignity throughout her time with us. Providing compassionate end-of-life care is incredibly important to us, and your comments mean a great deal to the whole team.
Your appreciation will be shared with staff, who cared for your auntie deeply and will be touched by your feedback. Thank you again for trusting us with her care and support.

Sending you and your family our very best wishes

Low Furlong is quite simply exceptional. 18 months ago we had to find Care for our mother-in-law who has dementia and we looked around all of the local homes in a radius of about 20 miles to find somewhere that would be suitable for her to relocate to and most importantly, somewhere that felt like Home,
not the usual slightly clinical environment which seems to be the norm in the industry.
From my first phone call with the manager of Low Furlong our whole experience has been friendly efficient and very different to every other similar establishment.
Low Furlong has A very caring bunch of staff who actually really do care about what they do and they are fully engaged in what they do both with the residents and their families who they encouraged the pitching and getting involved in the regular event events both supporting local charities and the care home itself. Food is good and activity schedule actually happens regular events that the Home encourage families to join. Top marks

So happy with the care provided for our Dad. All the staff are there to support us and keep us informed every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble and we know Dad is receiving the care he needs. Dad is very settled here and that is a great comfort for us as moving a loved one into care is a
very difficult decision.

Mum has been at Orchard Blythe over 18 months now and is so happy there. The staff are all fantastic, nothing is too much for them. Mum loves all the activities available and the singers are really good. Family are also able to attend some of the events too. There is a hairdresser which mum loves going
to and trips out too. Mum loves the food and since being at orchard Blythe has had no falls! It is lovely to go and visit mum. We can meet in her room or in the lounge area where we can have a lovely chat over a cuppa. Our minds are totally at rest knowing that mum is being well looked after. Thank you so much for the excellent care and support you all give mum x

Nobody likes the thought of a relative going into care, but sometimes there is no choice. Mum went into Park View, Warwick, in September 2025, and we couldn't have asked for better care. She is well cared for, clean, and on the whole, happy. The carers and all the staff are always cheerful, clean and
attentive, nothing is too much trouble, hence all my scores being high.
