I'm very pleased with the care that mother-in-law has been having at park View.
She's been very well looked after enjoys doing activities and has even been doing the exercise classes, which is a plus from me.
The staff are always very pleasant and always say hello.
If I have any enquiries or need
help, theres always someone that to ask .

Nobody likes the thought of a relative going into care, but sometimes there is no choice. Mum went into Park View, Warwick, in September 2025, and we couldn't have asked for better care. She is well cared for, clean, and on the whole, happy. The carers and all the staff are always cheerful, clean and
attentive, nothing is too much trouble, hence all my scores being high.

Since Michelle has taken over as the new manager she has been very quick to deal with all my concerns and ensuring my husband has the best care possible. She is very approachable and always makes time to listen. Caldwell Grange is now such a happier environment to visit and I feel reassured having my
husband stay here. Well done Michelle keep your good work up. Liz

I was making arrangement for my wife to be admitted to care home.
The staff showed me around the complex I was impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. I have since admitted my wife to their care and she is more old self and I feel a great sense of relief on her surroundings and
the way they staff are treating her.

I am absolutely so delighted with Parkview and the care they give to my Mother. Management took my Mother out for her birthday where I joined them to celebrate her 87th birthday. We had tea, cake and lots of laughs. I couldn't wish for her to be anywhere else as her dementia brain has made it impossible
for her to live alone. We also enjoyed a very special Caribbean evening which brightened up a dark cold January . Singing, dancing and wonderful food made the evening very special for the residents and relatives. The staff go above and beyond to help my mother and the family to feel at ease within the carehome setting. Thankyou Parkview! Xx

My mother lived in Park View for two years and was happy there . Mum was extremely well cared for by the wonderful staff who were unfailingly kind and cheerful. Mum loved the food and really appreciated it when the staff carefully cut her food up so that she could eat jt. Nothing was too much trouble.
Mum died recently and the staff were attentive and so kind to mum and all her visitors. Thank you.

Mum has been a resident for a couple of years she's has dementia. From day one my mum felt at home. She used to be a care home manager herself. She thinks she runs Cherry Tree and the staff allow and accept that she likes to manage the staff. The staff are full of love, empathy, smiles and fun. They
treat each resident as individuals. They go out on trips which the residents, staff enjoy and I've been on one and loved it. There is always something for the residents to do there is always staff in the lounges interacting with them. The home itself is beautiful decorated to look and feel homely just stunning. Residents rooms are spacious airy & bright. Mum has a ground floor room with access to garden.
I cannot emphasise enough how special Cherry Tree Lodge is from the care and love given to resorts and for relatives we are made to feel part of the home. They do different things throughout the year like barbecues, fetes etc so families get to enjoy thémselves also.
Highly recommend

Words cannot describe how AMAZING this care home is! I was so worried about the process of moving my Mother into 24hr care but after just 2 weeks she is comfortable and settled. I have found all the staff, management and facilities to be truly wonderful. Mum has settled in so quickly due to the one

Friendly and caring staff keep us informed of any concerns or change in mum's health, wellbeing, or behaviour. The premises are kept spotlessly clean, which is something mum often comments on. The food is of good quality and provides the nutrients mum needs.
However, i must reiterate that Orchard Blythes
greatest asset is its staff. They are just ideal for mum.

My Mother has been at Lower Meadow for some time now. Very unsettled at first , but is very much more calm & settled now. While the dementia will only get progressively worse, the positive transformation in her physical condition has been profound since moving to LM. The staff helped this process
& have been very supportive & caring, even during the difficult times. The Management at LM have been equally supportive, including providing clear & timely communication.

My Mum recently went for 4 weeks rest-bite and decided to stay permanently. She suffers with Parkinson's disease and was struggling at home with her mobility. It has taken quite a bit of adjusting and leaving her bungalow and having to accept it has to be sold to pay for her care is heartbreaking however
we now she's safe and well looked after. She has a lovely large room with an en-suite wet room. There are daily activities, outings out in a minibus no worries of meals, washing and sorting household bills
Reply from Rachel Walker, Manager at Lower MeadowThank you for such a lovely review on our home, we know it is a difficult transition for our residents, coming into a care home, but also, for yourselves. We are always here to support you all. We are happy that mum is now staying permanently with us, it is lovely to see the friendships she has formed and the participation in activities now. Thank you for your continued support to us at the home.

My husband is now more settled & calmer, but won't join in anything, won't leave his room, and rarely gets out of bed! He says he's not fed, but I don't think this is true!
Otherwise, he's safe & warm & I feel happier about him now.
Reply from Rachel Walker, Manager at Lower MeadowThank you for your review of Lower Meadow, we will continue to strive for our residents to have an active part within the home. Overall conditions and care etc. are very good. I would like to see more attention paid to the fitting of my wife's hearing aids as they are often either in the wrong ear, even though I have labelled them, or not fitted correctly. They both fell out this morning. There are certain other residents that
dominate the dining room/lounge with what is on the TV, I should think by now they have seen all episodes of "Mr. Bean" several times. They also make it uncomfortable for other residents who try to stand up against them. They should not be allowed to dominate. Why can't towels be left in the room's toilet/ shower room when the used ones are taken away ? It is good to have one to cover my wife when she is cleaning her teeth and to dry hands. The paper towels are not very good and disintegrate when wet.
ALL THE STAFF ARE GREAT AND I GET ON WELL WITH THEM.
Reply from Orchard Blythe, Manager at Orchard BlytheI am sorry that certain things are not up to standards , i can reassure you that i will investigate this and see what can be done to put this right, if you have any concerns my door is always open and we can address any issues that you have, But thank you for the review it is much appreciated and i will pass on your message about how great the staff are.
