Every time I visit Bramwell I notice how friendly and caring the staff are and how well kept the Care Home is.
I attend most of the organised events which the residents all seem to enjoy and those who can join in the singing and dancing

Mum has been at Bramwell for 4 years and I have been very impressed with the level of care she has received. The staff are great; warm, welcoming and very professional. The residents are treated with dignity and a huge amount of effort is made to make sure that they are meaningfully occupied with a
range of activities. Care is taken with Mum's appearance, she always looks clean & tidy and cared-for. Bramwell itself is spotless and well-furnished, a pleasure to visit. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Bramwell carehome is like another family, warm loving - respectful. Everything is done to ensure comfort and happiness of the resident.
It is such a comfort to know my husband is in such a caring home.
After a very difficult personal year for me and my son, you have given us such comfort in your care
for Brian.

My mum has been at Bramwell for a few months now. She is very settled and happy. It is always friendly and welcoming. Lots of activities for everyone inside and out.
Always clean. Staff very kind.
Very stimulating.

Walking around Nottingham's Famous Goose Fair on Saturday, The Activity Lady and everyone from Jubilee Court will Know who I refer to D.M, had brought two residents from Jubilee court by Taxi to let them enjoy the Lights, smells, Stalls etc and the fun of the fair, whilst walking round with them I particularly
noticed the attention to the care of these two people, Shown by the Lady mentioned, she made sure they were enjoying the experience, bought them Hot Dogs and and let them buy things they wanted to take back with them for friends or family,


The next Day, Sunday my daughter and myself went to the Community Silver Sunday Cream Tea event,
which was excellent, I again witnessed the same attention to the Care of all the attendees, by this Lady,
I would like to congratulate her on her Excellent Caring Nature for all those in her charge,
and thank you Jubilee for a Delicious Cream Tea.

My granddad is at the care home, he was moved to here from another care home. He is so settled and a lot happier. The carers take amazing care my my granddad, I follow them on their social media platform, and see regular posts of activities and trips they do, and it is amazing to see my granddad socialise
and joining in. Seeing him smile is amazing.

From the first time we stepped into reception, we knew this was the home we chose for dad. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, every wish and need was granted - even ones we didn't know we wanted. We were involved and kept up to date every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a better
team of staff to care for our dad, for his last few weeks of life. Eternally grateful.

We came to visit to see if there was a space for my dad, and we loved the place from the start. Dad moved in and was cared for and loved. The staff are amazing, very attentive and caring. The home is always clean and tidy, and the other residents seem happy here too. Dad left this world peacefully after
spending his four weeks in this amazing place. We will never be able to thank you enough.

I am happy with my wifes general and the programme of planned activities. The accommodation is very good, purpose light clean and functional. Less happy with carers do not seem interested, seem to just sit with mobiles on. Very little interaction with residents do not sit with them or engage in conversation.
Do not speak to me on visits apart from one lady.

My dad became a resident on Sandringham in April 2025. After living by himself with dementia and care at home, he became unsafe to be at home due to his falls. Since being at Jubilee Court, he has regained a lot more confidence and enjoys the company of the other residents and staff. Myself and our
family are all very grateful for the level of care he receives and, in particular, the amount of activities he is able to join in. Thank you to all the staff. Always recommend Jubilee to everyone I speak to.

Having had my father-in-law in a different home. I could not believe the difference it made bringing him to this home. He settled almost immediately. He joins in with the activities. He really likes it, which is a big relief for us. The staff and management are superb. We cannot ask for anything better.
