My mum has been at Woodbury Court just over a year. I've always found the Management & staff professional, kind and caring, levels of cleanliness always very good, great facilities and activities. Any questions I've had or requests I've made have been answered and dealt with promptly. No complaints

Mum's been at this home on many occasions now. Firstly as part of her bed to home route after a long spell in hospital. The staff have never been anything less than amazingly compassionate and kind to her. And to myself. When caring has been getting on top of me they've listened. They have looked after
mum as if she were part of their own family. Everyone is helpful. From reception to care team to catering to cleaning even the maintenance guys and management. If ever she has to go into a home Woodbury would be my first choice bar none.

My mother has been here for over five years and we continue to be very happy with the home. The staff are always helpful and the management team approachable. The manager Mel knows every one of the 90 residents well and is passionate about their well being and providing a range of activities for the
residents. My mother is well cared for and happy.

My Dad lives at Woodbury court and he has blossomed, he is well cared for, entertained and in better health than he was before he went there, and he is now 97. He is really happy, he participates in so many things and especially loves to dance! The staff are amazing and so caring, the management of
Woodbury Court is marvellous. It gives me peace of mind to know that he is safe and in expert hands being cared for by people who understand dementia and know how to make his life enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you Woodbury Court you are a fantastic team.

My mother-in-law went to Rosedale Court for end of life care during April of this year. She was only there for a week but in that time the care she received was second to none. She was treated with compassion, dignity and respect at all times. The staff were equally as kind and accommodating to our
family. We cannot comment too much on the food provided as she never really ate but having said that the meals that we saw looked lovely. We do not hesitate in recommending Rosedale Court.

Thank you to the staff that sang Happy Birthday to my sister. All staff are friendly and helpful. I know that my sister is being well cared for and that she does like to have a friendly banter with those that care for her.

For 2 1/2 years Carolyne House have provided a caring, safe, stimulating home for my elderly mother. Good food, varied activities & a stimulating can do culture enriched her life right till the end. I cannot thank the staff enough for their genuine care & love towards my mother.

After 2 other bad experiences in care home Loganberry was very good. Took time to explain medical needs. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and always smelt nice. Plenty of drinks and snacks offered. Did not see any of the meals so cannot comment.

Management and staff are brilliant. They care about their residents and families. It is good that they have the same facilities on each floor and a lovely garden and conservatory. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in.

Everyone is very caring at Elizabeth House. My mother is treated with dignity and respect. Her carers are lovely and I couldn't wish for any more in what is a very sad and difficult situation. When I visit you are made to feel very welcome and I always feel comfortable to ask questions about my mothers
care. The home is very clean and well-decorated. My mother is very happy at Elizabeth House, and I am happy she is a resident there.

Since mum has arrived at Elizabeth House, she has been cared for very well. Mum's dementia has deteriorated, but she has been treated with dignity and kindness. Elizabeth House is very clean and dining room and food choices excellent.

The staff are always polite and friendly. My mother has lived here for over eleven years now, I have seen many many changes during that time. One of the issues I have though, is the amount of managers The Grange has had. I find this unsettling for residents, relatives and staff. My wish would be for
continuity in a manager.

I turned up at the home unexpectedly for a viewing. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. The manager has been so helpful and caring, not just to mum but to the family also. It was probably the most stressful thing to do, putting my mum into a home, and all the staff were empathetic and
caring towards me. The staff have gone out of their way to get to know mum on a personal level. I am so glad I chose this home for mum. I'm at peace with my decision.

My wife has been in care at Bennett Lodge for nine months now, and I cannot fault the care and attention she is offered by all the staff. In particular, praise must go to the manager and deputy who have shown nothing but praise and kindness to my wife (who can often be found in their office eating sweets
or her lunch). The home is meticulously clean and tidy, with attention to detail always in mind. Thank you all for looking after my wife at this sad time in her life

My brother was admitted to Rosedale from hospital for "end of life" care. I cannot thank the staff and management in fact everyone I came in contact with enough for their care and kindness they showed to my brother and me and my family during his stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you everyone.

My father has been in Windle Court for 3 years, and I am very happy with the care he receives. The staff appear attentive and caring and always happy to talk to both residents and family. I have always felt I can ask questions and am phoned if something happens.

I would just like to thank Kay and all the team for there wonderful support with my dad and our family. Windle Court is a very special place and the staff are exceptional.. They go above and beyond for there residents everyday! The activities are amazing and the love and care that goes into the everyday
running of Windle is absolutely incredible. Kay is so approachable as a manager and her care and attention to all her residents is exceptional. I would happily recommend this Care Home. My dad has settled in so well and to know he is so well looked after makes us as a family very content. Well done, Team Windle!!

Since we moved my mother-in-law here from a care home in Kent we cannot fault the care and compassion given to her. All staff from cleaners to managers are helpful and treat Mum with respect & dignity.
