When mum came into the home for respite care, she was extremely anxious and reluctant to stay. Gradually, over the last month, she has begun to settle and relax. The staff are really amazing and offer mum their dedicated time, patience, and she benefits from the positive relationships she has formed with them. The home is always spotlessly clean, and the food is individually prepared according to preference. I would definitely recommend the home to anyone needing residential care.

My mum has settled into life at Ditton Priors Care Centre so much easier than I ever thought possible. This is due to the lovely kind caring staff. She always looks clean and tidy as does her room. The food always looks and smells great as well. The staff are always quick to relay any changes in Mum's condition. I couldn't be happier with Mum's care.

We were very happy with the wonderful care and attention given to Mum during her 6-week stay at Ditton Priors Care Home. All the staff and management were very kind and attentive and lovely to us as well. The home is extremely clean and well-kept, including the gardens - very nice indeed. Thank you so much everyone, greatly appreciated.

I was with party of three - the other two being my younger sister and husband. We had travelled up from East and West Sussex to see our elder sister.The staff were very helpful in arranging a time and a date for this. Our visit was on a very warm day but the care centre was cool and airy. My elder sister (resident) was in bed as her health is not good (she will be 90 years old in August) and was in a clean and well appointed and decorated room with her possessions displayed tactfully and in sight - items of pottery, several photographs, soft toys and other pictures. We stayed for about an hour and a quarter talking to her and occasionally holding her hand. We were treated to refreshments and friendly staff. It was a very good experience which befitted all of us.

Tunstall Hall is a lovely home it is well lead, my mum was here for a while. Staff went above and beyond very friendly very clean no odors.

When you enter Tunstall Hall you notice immediately the calm atmosphere and lack of smell of urine which often hits you when entering a home. It is a happy, caring environment with amazing staff who know how to handle difficult residents in a calm and gentle way. There is always humour and a peaceful feeling, no matter what the staff have to deal with. There are plenty of activities and food standards are excellent.

What makes this home special are the dedicated people who work here. They are fantastic, I can't praise them highly enough. This is my dad's home and this team of people have become part of our family. It's not only the carers it's also the housekeeping, catering and maintenance staff that make this home what it is, a safe and welcoming place to be.

Mum has been at Tunstall since January 2022 and I and the family are so grateful for the love and care given not only to Mum but all the residents. In particular the deputy manager is amazing and outstanding with the residents as we have witnessed on many occasions. She is so dedicated and brings fun and laughter to the home even when in a difficult situation. We couldn't wish for a better place for Mum to be in. Thank you to everyone at Tunstall Hall for keeping Mum in a safe, clean and happy environment.

All staff are doing a fantastic job for all clients at the home - excellent standard. Tunstall Hall Care Centre is a welcoming home, with smiling faces opening the doors. All staff appear happy at work and always have time to answer any questions or help if needed. The assessment of care packages are excellent and the senior staff/managers ensure relatives are included and informed of the management of care and of any changes. Rooms are kept clean, neat and tidy. Ensuite is invaluable. All diets are catered for - all staff are very knowledgable i.e. diets. Activites are very good - and reflect important diary dates. Safety and security taken seriously. Medical care excellent - doctors as required. Excellent value for money.

Premises are located in countryside enviroment with secure and adequate parking. Visiting no need for an appointment but avoid meal times. Communication is excellent in even of any incident.

The staff compliment this setting with a smile and caring attitude. Excellent throughout. Highly recommended.

My mom went into this care home in July. In the first few weeks, she kept wanting to come home with me when I visited her, but the staff were really good with her and eventually she settled in. She has a lovely room with views over the fields. The staff are very nice and always keep me updated on anything that concerns my mom. Another thing I'm impressed with is the home is always very clean and tidy.

My mum came to Tunstall Hall in November 2023. It took her a while to settle but I could not have asked for nicer staff to take care of her. All the staff are friendly and caring and work hard. The hall gets decorated when there are special occasions like Easter, Halloween, Christmas etc, they have birthday parties for the residents and bake them a birthday cake which is a lovely gesture. The food is of a very good standard the meals always look very appetizing. The Hall is always kept clean and tidy and so is my mum. It was a really hard decision putting my mum in a care home, I wanted Mum to go somewhere homely and Tunstall Hall has been the perfect choice. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of my mum and putting my mind at rest that she is looked after so well. I would definitely recommend this care home.

My father came into Tunstall Care home in early April. The staff and management are all very friendly and do an absolutely fantastic job. His needs are met with great respect, I would not hesitate to recommend this care home. He does most activities and participates in things that he likes to do. He has a very good appetite and simply loves his food. His hygiene is excellent. Always looks clean and shaved. The home is very clean and his room is lovely and comfortable. A fantastic care home. And I have no issues at all.

The staff are very attentive, caring and professional. My mother-in-law can be difficult yet they are patient and always the same. The place is very clean, no untidy
