My 92 year old mam is a new resident at Chilton Care Home its not easy for families to trust the care of a loved one to some one else and it is an anxious time for the resident and their family however I feel happy that Mams needs are met, she is safe and well cared for 24 hours a day and is setteling in very well. The home is well run, the manager Maxine Smith and her team are approchable understanding and caring. I feel Mam will be very happy there.

My Mam has been a resident five and a half years. Super care home and super staff. Quality and care of my Mam is incredible. I trust the staff 100% and I'm always kept informed of what's happening at the home.

A fantastic care home. The staff go above and beyond to provide a friendly and safe place. My Dad is well looked after and happy here. I couldn't ask for anything more. I can relax knowing he is in safe hands.

Since my Granda has moved into Bowburn care home, he has thrived and is defintely a lot less confused. Staff are lovely, he is well cared for and above all safe and knowing he is well looked after make us as a family feel so much better.

My wife spent the last four days of her life in this care home. She was treated with dignity and kindness the whole time she was in. The staff also treated myself and any visitors with kindness and understanding, nothing was a problem, they were constantly visiting the room to check on us. Since her death I have visited the care home on many occasions and have been made very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Chilton Care Centre.

A well run home with a caring, resident focused ethos. My Mum is ver happy there, she says staff allow choices, do not enforce rigidity or are at all 'pushy'. She says staff are kind, approachable and considerate.

Very friendly all staff but especially Donna all residents that we seen were well dressed amd clean rooms clean the best care home we have ever been to. Very well done to all staff. Even the activities are great

Need more food options & more 1-2-1 movement sessions

Staff have been very supportive however feel the food could be more varied.

Staff are always helpful when approached, answering questions to ease any concerns.

Residents appear clean and well dressed and have their needs well cared for. My father is happy and speak very highly of staff members who take time to have meaningful conversations and lots of positive interactions with him. The staff keep us up to date with information and also about his daily activities. The manager shows full commitment in her role and goes above beyond to ensure residents are safe, happy and valued.

All the staff are kind, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. They treat you with dignity and respect and have a joke with you. The room is a good size, bright.

Truthfully it is nice, everyone is well looked after, if anyone asks I would recommend this care home. My husband is well looked after and patience is amazing.

I can not recommend or praise this care home highly enough. I know my mam is looked after to the highest standards & she feels safe & respected. It is like having another family, everyone from the top down is amazing & most definitely in the right job. Which gives us peace of mind.

I would highly recommend Bowburn Care Home. The staff are very caring and cannot do enough. Nothing is too much trouble to them.

Mam has only been a resident here for a short while, but the care and support she recieves from the staff is second to none. Staff go above and beyond for there residents. Mam loves the variety of activitie available. Would recommend to anyone looking for care.

My dad been in Chilton Care Centre a year come Jan. He absolutely loves it. The staff are very friendly and caring, always make you feel very welcome.
