most of the staff are brilliant but some are not one in particular if very rude when you ask her anything her attitude is really bad, twice my brother has asked this carer if my brother who is staying there if he had finished his breakfast and she answered so abrupt it was embarrassing

Very please with the care home. Dad eats better here than he did at home. The social aspect is of great benefit to him and there is lots of encouragement to join in with activities and music. Dad seem very happy here, which is a great relief to his family.

i visit my brother twice a week 34 mile round trip i can not praise the staff highly enough for care and attention to my brother. special mention to entertainment staff kelly and jenna who spend so much time enter taining residents and(family if there.) i only wish my other brother could be there with him but its to fare for his family to travel i give my hart felt thanks to all the staff at the maple care home stockton from a gratfull brother!!!

I'm glad we found the Maple and that it had a room available.

I visit my friend regularly but at different times and always find the care home very clean. Always lots of staff about the home and plenty of activities/intervention with residents. My friend and her family are very pleased with the excellent care my friend receives.

My Dad is currently being cared for at the Maple Care home in Stockton on Tees. I cannot thank every single member of staff for looking after Dad. Everybody is so kind, caring and very professional. It was one of the hardest decisions we have had to make the staff have been reassuring and so kind to us all. The home has a loving happy atmosphere it is super clean. Thank you to all at the Maple.

The sincerity, caring, and dignity they have shown over the last weeks whilst my mother was on end of life care has been amazing , we have now seen what true care is all about, we cannot thank you enough.

My brother is well cared for and there is always plenty of activities if he wishes to take part. The staff are very welcoming whenever I visit. The fact that he is so well cared for is very comforting.

Dad's been in The Maple for about a month and so far we are extremely happy with the care he has had whilst being here. All the staff are friendly, courteous and respectful and Dad is always clean, smart, shaven etc. The home (post-refurbishment) is excellent, room standards are great. So all in all a very good experience to date. Keep it up.

Dad moved into the care home last year, he is very happy there and settled in straight away. The staff are friendly and caring. They go above and beyond in the services they provide.

Large range of activities organized for residents.

My mum has been very happy since she moved into The Maple in 2020. She is happy and well cared for. The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to care for my mum. Nothing is too much trouble. We are kept informed about her well-being. We particularly like the way there are lots of activities on offer to the residents!

My nan is always kept safe, clean and well bed. We enjoy seeing all of the activities that the residents get to do as well.

Staff are always very friendly, warm and welcoming. Couldn't ask for better care of Uncle. All his needs are met and staff go above and beyond to provide an excellent service.

My uncle has been in The Maple Care Home since 2018 and it really has been the best. While he has been there, we have not had a problem. The staff are fantastic, they always tell me when something is wrong and if we can't make appointments at hospital, they're more than willing to take him. The home is very clean and always go around with tea for everyone. I can always talk to the manager at any time. Really good activities going out to different places and doing loads inside the home. I think the home needs a medal for what they do.

The majority of carers are brilliant, a few are lazy and need to learn how to be more caring, and learn the needs of individual residents as residents are different, with different needs. Meals are not the best.

Thanks so much for taking care of my grandad. He was very unwell. I'm sure you did all that you could for him. You have a very nicely decorated care home too. It helps make the home more warm and welcoming.

Having chosen The Maple to care for Dad, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent care for their loved ones. The staff at the Maple looked after Dad from day one with the greatest care and respect. They took time to get to know him as a person and us as a family and, despite the incredibly difficult circumstances of coronavirus lockdowns, they made great efforts to keep us in touch with video calls, texts, greetings cards in the mail, garden visits and were always happy to talk to us on the phone. Activities and entertainment at The Maple are excellent with lots of variety and providing for all of the residents, with regular videos and photos for relatives making the whole atmosphere of the home happy, friendly, kind and caring. The layout and structure of the Maple building and care teams meant that the transition from residential to nursing care was seamless and the end of life care provided to Dad, was excellent. We are extremely grateful to all at the Maple.
