I am able to sleep well at night knowing that my mum is well cared for by the amazing staff at The Grove. When looking for a home for my mum I knew needed caring and happy people looking after her. The Grove was and is by far the nicest home from home that I could find (and I looked at lots). My mum
deserved the best and I believe that is what I have found for her.

I call weekly to style my friends, one of the residents hair, and I always find the staff very pleasant, professional and helpful.

The home is always very clean and tidy.

I would highly recommend The Grove to anyone needing their services.

My father moving into a care home at the age of 87 with dementia was without doubt a very emotional time for the family.

This awful transition was made easier for us by the management and staff of Canwick.

From day one we were reassured by management that Dad would be looked after and he truly

is.

The care shown from all the staff has made Dad settle in very well. Good days and bad days the staff are on hand to help with whatever Dads needs are.

I cannot recommend Canwick Care home enough for anyone in the situation we were in making that decision for what is our head of the family Dad.

But dementia and being at home was unsafe and being in the care home, he's safe, cared for with a group of ultimate professionals.

I have nothing but praise for the way the staff at The Grove looked after my sister until her passing. Everyone I came into contact with who looked after her treated her with care and kindness.
Although she did not want to move to The Grove at first, she soon came to like being there. Her room was
spotless and spacious. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

My father came to live here after his wife passed away. From the very first meeting my dad was treated with respect and courtesy. My dad loved his room which was cosy and personal. He loved talking to all the staff and felt safe and cared for. Although he was only there for 4 months before he passed
away he felt happy and content. Each and every member of staff are kind, courtious and respectfull. Thank you so very much.

My mum moved to Canwick Court in May. It is very friendly, the staff are very helpful especially one in particular. The food is wonderful and they are very patient with mum who does get confused. Her room is lovely and big and she has her own curtains up which makes her feel at home.

During mum's stay at this home she enjoyed taking part in a range of activities, was encouraged to make new friends and received very good personal care. I respected the kindness demonstrated by various staff members throughout the last few months however the one to one care, overwhelming compassion
and gentle approach shown to mum and my family during mum's final week was outstanding. There were several individuals who went over and above their job description, showing such sensitivity to ensure that mum maintained her dignity right to the end. Thank you!

The Grove in Skellingthorpe sets the standard for care. Dad has been resident here for the past 6 and a half years. The staff at The Grove go over and beyond what is required to ensure he is happy and well cared for. The Grove is exceedingly well managed. Each resident is treated as an individual with
dignity and respect. This home is truly outstanding!

Everyone involved in my grandmother's care was absolutely wonderful - she couldn't have been in any better hands. The staff are endlessly patient and put so much time into making her experience (and ours!) enjoyable. I am so grateful for the care and attention they put in, from putting her paintings
up on the wall to getting her favourite yoghurts - you can tell how much they care about the residents just from being there. Eternally thankful for everyone there.

Both my in-laws are now residing at Roxholm Hall on a permanent basis.
The management and staff have gone out of their way to make this huge transition in their lives as positive as possible.
They have had a phone line installed in one of their rooms which has led to increased independence.
The staff
always ring us if there is the slightest issue which is very reassuring.

My Mother moved into Ridgeway a couple of years ago, a confused old lady. She was unable to stay in her own home any more. She had everything she needed at Ridgeway, a clean warm room, personal care, good food, and a cup of tea at whatever time she wanted. She was much happier.
I'd never seen her wear
nail varnish until she moved to Ridgeway. They brought out a talent for painting that we didn't know she had.
Thank you for making her last days comfortable and very peaceful. You were all so kind.

In her final few days the care shown by the staff to all the family was truly
wonderful and we will always be grateful for that.

We had to place my mum in care last June - having experienced a dreadful care home in the past for my father, I was dreading it. However Cathedral Care Centre is not like any care home I've ever come across. Firstly mum's room is beautiful and large with a lovely big window - comfy armchair and TV provided.
The meals are amazing plus all the daily treats that come around. The activities have been carefully selected taking in account each residents hobbies and interests. My mum is crazy about Elvis - so they regularly have an Elvis impersonator come in and put on a show - to see my mum dancing and singing along is so heartwarming. Mum has her hair and nails done regularly- she is always clean and fresh and wearing all her own clothes (that wasn't the case where my dad was). The staff are so warm and friendly and nothing is too much to ask. Living in New Zealand, I get to see lots of posts on social media - my friend regularly visits mum and says she could move in herself!

Can't fault Cathedral Care Centre. My mum's quality of life has improved immeasurably since she moved there. The staff are all wonderful and can't do enough. Having experienced other Lincoln care homes with my dad, Cathedral is leaps and bounds superior.
Thank you to all the amazing staff that help
her have a safe and as normal a life as possible and enable her to retain her dignity. She's always clean, nicely dressed and other than the confusion dementia brings, she hasn't looked as well in years.

Canwick Court Care Centre is homely, it doesn't feel clinical like a hospital, it isn't noisy and bustling, it is a calm environment. When you walk in, in many ways it is like a family home and you are greeted with a smile by all of the staff.
My mother is treated with respect, she is listened to and
the staff try hard to try and work out her needs.
We (the family) feel like we are part of the decision making and there is genuine of interested in her well being.
