We wanted dignity, comfort and a pain-free end-of-life experience for our mother. The nurse who asked us to talk through our wishes has the most wonderful disposition and a compassionate attitude, that is so reassuring. The nurses are knowledgeable about each individual and care deeply that the patient
is well looked after. I would definitely recommend the nursing home.

Accommodation first class. People who work here will always help if you need anything. Food is good and plenty of it. Will always find something to satisfy your taste.

Beaumont House cared for my Mother aged 91 with many medical conditions and also after a stroke and very poorly and needing full nursing care up until she died. From the day myself and my partner visited to taking my Mum to have a look around and then booking her into a week of respite care (so she
could make an informed choice) the whole experience was fantastic. Beaumont House is like a 5* hotel. The facilities are all amazing. It is calm, clean and staff are wonderful. It felt like a small community. Staff were polite, caring and always went the extra mile to ensure not only Mum was well looked after but also extended family. The Brasserie, Lounge, Library, Cinema and Beauty Parlour all wonderful. The outside space will be wonderful in the nicer weather. Linen and clothing washed regularly and returned to my Mums room. The residents restaurants all looked fabulous. Great activities programme. Approachable Manager, Deputy Manager, and support staff. My Mum was so happy I recommend.

From our first contact to our last we were shown nothing but kindness and compassion by everyone who works at Beaumont House. My mum came in as a very old (99 years) and ill person. The nurseing and care from the carers was exemplery. The food and catering facilitys were very good. This went as far
as giving my father who sat for 6hrs a day with her meals and cake, biscuits & drinks. I cannot praise the home & staff to highley. Many thanks for all your help and compassion. I would highley recommend Beaumont House.

Very pleased with my husbands treatment. The staff were everything I could wish for. If all nursing homes were as good as this one then England would be the best place to live. Wonderful.

Althought my dad only stayed for a short period. I found all staff very friendly and accomondating. Staff are polite and welcoming. Staff treat my dad with respect and dignity.
Security of building is good, Although can be a little annoying to get in and out at times.

We put mum into Beaumont for two weeks respite care in late October but she was so well looked after by the lovely staff there that when it was time to bring her home we decided to leave her there. They got her involved in activities such as baking and making Halloween decorations, she made friends
and had loads of stimulation which was just what she needed. We couldn't be more grateful.

We moved Mum to Beaumont in June 2025 after having a very poor experience at another care home. I can honestly say from the moment I contacted Beaumont and met with the management team to discuss Mum's care needs to the moment we left after mum sadly passed away we have had outstanding care for Mum
and for the family and friends.
The whole team from day one have been professional but also friendly and welcoming and have become like family. Everyone from the housekeeping and admin staff, catering staff, maintenance staff, carers and nurses and management have been incredible. Mum has been cared for with dignity, respect and most importantly love.
Sadly Mum deteriorated quickly with health in the last month. The team have been incredible at adapting to her changing needs, recognising when things were different and proactively ensuring her rapidly changes needs were met. Also liaising with me and keeping us informed. I truly cannot express how special this team are. Thank you all.

Really impressed with this lovely home, feels more like an hotel. Love the relaxed atmosphere & the kind, caring & very competant staff.
Had to make this decision quickly due to my own unexpected health issues but everyone here has made it easy for us. The rooms are homely & beautifully decorated and
the food is excellent. So pleased that a close friend recommended Beaumont House to us.

Very pleasant feel to the place. Staff always ready to help. Nursing + care staff excellent. Only down side is getting in and out of the building especially weekend when office closed, taking up previous time of carers having to let people in and out.
