Sandringham Care Home took nursing care of my father in law for the final two weeks of his life. When we visited, the home had a lovely feel to it. Staff were all friendly and efficient and proved to be so, looking after him. A lovely atmosphere each time we were there, every day (sometimes long days)
and the care he and ourselves received was exemplary. He was kept clean and pain free and food requests were taken care of. Would certainly highly recommend to anyone.

Moving my mum here from another care home was hands down the best decision we've ever made. The open door policy of the management and care from all the staff is outstanding and reassuring for us all. We were allowed to bring mums own furniture and personalise it to make her feel comfortable with familiar
things around her. The handyman couldn't do enough to make mums room perfect, even swapping out the wardrobe for one that matched her furniture. I would highly recommend Sandringham Care Home, I just wish we'd made the move sooner.

The food is not up to standard, the activities coordinator are very good, staff are caring and helpful, management approachable, various things to do in the care home, rooms are big and very safe. I used to live on my own but now I feel safe and can live my life.

My mum has been in Sandringham Care Home for some time now and I have found it to be kept to a good clean standard and the staff friendly and helpful.
Mum is well fed and dressed in clean well matched outfits, this enables me to come home happy with her care and not anxious and stressed because I know

Dad always looks clean and well cared for. Dad seems happy and says the food is good. Dad takes part in activities and seems to enjoy them. It is good for residents to do activities together. The staff are friendly and welcoming when we visit.

My mother is so happy in Sandringham Care Home that she talks about the staff as her family. She feels both cared for and safe. She also, frankly, feels loved. You can't ask for a better environment. Kudos to the management and staff and heartfelt thanks!

My mother-in-law is safe, warm, comfortable and very well cared for. The staff are friendly and there are activities and events that the staff encourage residents to take part in. I find the staff to be very friendly, from opening the door to me to leaving the home. I find the management approachable and friendly. The activities within the home are excellent. The food and drinks are excellent and varied.
The staff on the unit, where my partner is, are excellent, they treat the
residents and visitors with dignity and respect. The care of the residents is first-class, nothing is too much trouble.

I have nothing but excellent feedback for Sandringham and I am exceptionally pleased we were able to secure a place here for my mam. All the staff are lovely and to my surprise, Mam has gone up four dress sizes which is a testament to how much she is enjoying the food. On lucid days she tells me how
much she enjoys it here. I would and have recommended Sandringham to friends and family. Keep up the good work.
