along with the rest of care team been very responsive to his needs especially with his mind state and his diabetes along with the maintenance gents who have put up bookcases and made his room more personal. It was nice to see all the different activities over the Christmas period which he participated in a lot of the singing. He is fed well and I have no concerns with his care going forward.

you walk through the door as it is extremely cheerful, bright, great music and a warm greeting. They get to know the people they are looking after and share any concerns with the residents families. The management is superb and we couldn't wish for a better place to look after our brother/ brother in law.

As reported previously the driveway down to the building is full of pot holes (when in contact with the managed we are told that this is reported regularly, obviously action being taken)

including rooms are spotlessly clean always. In truth though it is the staff that really make the place from the manager all the way through to the care staff, cleaning, activities and kitchen staff. Everyone is always pleasant and talkative on even what I'm sure are very trying days and this has been greatly appreciated. I am extremely grateful for the kindness and support I have had most recently at what can only be described as the most trying time of all. Knowing that all of the staff have been there whatever is something that a thank you is not adequate enough to say but in any case, thank you!
