Over all my sister has been looked after very well, I visited the other day and noticed a change in my sister, she was talking about new activity staff that came in and was chatting to her and laughing with her, when I was leaving I had a chat with this young man. Overall all the staff are great and I appreciate them all for their hard work and support.

We cannot thank the staff at Oaktree Manor enough for the care, support and genuine affection shown during mum's time on the nursing unit. They always listened to us to get to know her and always informed us of any concerns immediately and regularly checked in with us to ensure we were happy also. If we ever had any queries or issues they were dealt with promptly. During the last few days staff went over and above caring for her and us as a family. This did not go unnoticed and certainly was appreciated. We would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you for coming along to the funeral your support was appreciated. We will miss our visits with you all. We thank you so much all off you as once you walk in that front door you speak to everyone xxx.

The care and concern for my mother's wellbeing in her last days highlighted for the family just how much the staff cared personally for our mum. They do a challenging role and must be commended.

My first experience was good, the carers seemed to have the time for each service user. I was never asked to wait for any service, it was attended to right away. Morning noon and night, my wife was looked after with care. The carers are doing tasks that I could no longer do at home when I was looking after my wife. All in all, I'm quite happy for my wife to be in the care of City View Court.

I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care my grandmother received at Railway Lodge. The staff were absolutely brilliant, providing attentive, compassionate, and professional care at all times. Always welcomed our family with a smile on their faces. The home has a very positive atmosphere, where everyone- from the caregivers to the management team- exudes warmth and friendliness. My grandmother always felt valued and well-cared for, and it gave our family immense peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. The dedication and kindness of the staff made a significant difference in her quality of life, and we are truly grateful for their exceptional service. Nurses always contacted us if there were any changes to Nanny. I highly recommend Railway Lodge Care Home to anyone seeking a caring and supportive environment for their loved ones.

I find the home to be clean and staff helpful. My friend seems to be well looked after, clean and tidy. Her room is always clean and so are her clothes. She seems to be well-fed. Many thanks.

City View is going from strength to strength.

I am very pleased with the care my grandfather is getting at the home. The staff are so friendly and always helpful. They are wonderful. He came straight from the hospital to here and has settled right in.

I am very happy with the care my father is receiving at City View Court. The staff are amazing and go out of their way to help and accommodate him. He was unable to walk coming here and now he is walking with the aid of a walker.

Seems to be well run with good staff. My wife seems to be happy and content here.

My mother is safe and secure and the staff go out of their way to make Mum's life good and happy.

Mum is filthy, covered in food and with food over her floor that remains from one meal to the next. She can’t use cutlery and uses her fingers to eat, but as her condition has gotten worse the staff haven’t kept up with the level of support she needs to eat. Food just turns to crumbs in her hands and then she’s left to sit in it.

This home is the best home in Belfast. A new manager who really cares, takes the time to chat to us relatives. The care is second to none and my friend could not be happier. The home is always clean and I would have no problem recommending this home to anyone.

I love this place. All the staff are caring and friendly. We are like on happy family here, the staff are very helpful and they all make me happy here.

The care home at City View Court is well run by the management and staff down to the cleaners. The home is very clean and there is help on hand if you need. Residents are all looked after well. I have no complaints, as a visitor I am made very welcome. I visit twice a day. If the NHS was as good as this, there would be a lot of happy people. I would pass on this to other people to have a look at this home if they have doubts about facilities for loved ones.

Most importantly, Dad is well-settled and content, we couldn’t ask for anything more.
