Staff are caring and friendly, food is varied and good, room is comfortable and welcoming, there is always something going on, I am really enjoying my stay and have made new friends, the carers also are very welcoming when I have visitors

Langley oaks is a home from home, I would love to pop some names of the wonderful staff who are like family for mum! I can honestly say my mum is so happy to live here forever as she keeps telling me! The family of staff are truly amazing and caring and mum is so very lucky and I'm truly grateful for the kindness, support and care and her quality of life is amazing and it's just such a pleasure to hear mum speak so highly of how lovely the food and drinks are, how clean and tidy her home is and how everyone friendly and her room is lovely and the gardens are beautiful and she cannot wait until the summer to see the garden in full bloom! I would never want her to be anywhere but here as she is finally living the wonderful life she so truly deserves and I couldn't be happier!! Every need is catered for and nothing is too much, she is treated with the upmost of dignity, she is safe, there are lots of activities and they have gone above and beyond and I'm truly thankful and grateful!

My husband has been staying at Langley Homes several times for 1-2 weeks respite care. He has many complex needs which are always met by the caring, kind and supportive staff. Langley Oaks has been a godsend to us as we have no other family in the UK and he can't be left on his own anymore while I need to have a break from my caring and work responsibilities to allow me to recharge my batteries. Many thanks to Victoria, Kerry, Alba and the rest of the team for doing your best and looking after Ted so well!

My stepfather has been residing at Langley Oaks for nearly four years. In that time he has been very well cared for and treated with respect. His room is always immaculate and comfortable. The meals are always varied and plenty of choice. I am always contacted if there are any issues or problems and have piece of mind that he is being well cared for. His health has been stable as he has regular health checks and proper medication. The staff are always very friendly and approachable. The only downside is not enough use of outdoor space and possibly mere use of minibus to take residents out.

I have a peace of mind when I leave my father after visiting, as I know he is happy and comfortable, & has made many friends who are in the same level of understanding.

The quality of care and attention is outstanding. Very happy with the service my mother is provided. Communication generally is v. good.

Roger has been in Langley Oaks for 3 months. The dedicated care that Roger was given is second to none. We cannot thank all of the staff enough for looking after Roger in what turned out to be his final months.

Best service, best place and overall best experience i have seen in ages. I am delightful with the care my auntie receive in this place. Everyone is so helpful and caring. We are so happy with the accommodation and the food too. Very clean and always look and smell fresh.

My mum reached 100 years old and the staff and team done such an amazing job with balloons, food, a lovely singer and the local mayor came too it was truly an incredible day in the balcony and all the other residents joined in the fun

The place is very clean and tidy. The staff are very kind, caring, and compassionate. They are really looking after my mum and she looks very happy to be there. Very welcoming of families and not very restricting of visiting times allowing us to see her more. I am very happy and impressed.

My experience with the care home has been nothing but excellent. The home is very clean both inside and out. The residents are well taken care of. Their welfare is taken care of excellently. Residents are kept clean down to their toe nails. I have nothing bad to say about their service

My mother-in-law has settled very well and the staff have welcomed her & give her support at all times. Nothing is too much, and they are very dedicated.

When I went to visit my Uncle, the premises was very clean. The staff were very friendly and I was very impressed with the service and care provided to him. All the residents also looked very well looked after.

My ailing mother spent over a year in the professional care of Langley Oaks. All of the staff were wonderful, accommodating and caring to my 94 year old mother and all of her visiting family. From management to medical, domestic, catering and general carers they gave a very personal and understanding service in a very pleasant environment. As a family we are very grateful to them.

Heavers Court Care Home is an exceptional care home. Very clean lovely decor. All staff very friendly and helpful at all times especially the Care Manager who goes out of her way to keep everyone informed of any developments regarding my Mothers stay at this lovely care home. Location is very good, her room is of a very high standard and very well furnished. All communal areas are exceptional as well. Also we have had several family members and friends who also commented on the high standard of Heavers Court Care Home. Well done to everyone. My experience is of my mother being very happy and content at Heavers Court Care Home. I see her engaging really well with all the other residents, including their relatives and staff. She thoroughly enjoys taking part in various activities, and tells me she likes the food and also likes her room. I feel very reassured when I see her and I really appreciate the kindness and dignity she is treated with. Each visit I find her room clean and tidy. I am extremely happy with the communication I have with the Carers and Manager as I am kept updated about activities or any personal issues and it is easy for me to raise any issues or provide feedback. Heavers Court has a very friendly and calm atmosphere. Only negative feedback which I shared along with others at the most recent Relative's Meeting is unreliable access to the building at weekends when there's no one on reception, it can take too long to get access into the building

Mum loves it in this home. Mum has been here a few months and she absolutely loves the companionship. Great staff who manage Mum's care needs and give all the residents activities that keep them happy.
