Staff are friendly and helpful and quick to resolve any problems that arise. Michael can be quite challenging with refusing to eat and drink but staff are good at encouraging him. His birthday was celebrated with a cake made for him and a photo taken of him with it while wearing the birthday hat. I am happy that they are doing everything to make him settled.

Great home, staff friendly. Happy with my mums care.

Burton Closes is an excellent care home. The management and staff have been extremely kind and considerate to both my husband and myself. They create a warm, friendly atmosphere, and treat all the patients with dignity and respect. It is a tremendous relief to me to know that my husband is content, safe, and extremely well cared for.

My experience of Spring Bank Care Home has been nothing but good. The home itself has a lovely warm feeling and the staff are all friendly, caring both towards residents and relatives and particularly towards me when I was so upset when my husband first went to live there. I have met with nothing but kindness and friendliness & I have watched the handling & care of residents and seen the gentleness and caring manner they use. I am impressed with the way dignity is maintained.

Staff very nice and friendly. Food fresh, plenty of snacks, entertainment and parties are very good, my grandma loves the staff and parties. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Cannot fault the care given to all residents Karina is an absolute angel, full of enthusiam and genuine love for all. I love the way there is a residents special day, and how you do so much for them.

When I went to see Mum I ask one of the staff if they new were mum was as she could have in any of the three rooms straight away she told us. I feel resured that mum is cared for and safe.

Made very welcome when my husband Keith first arrived from Norfolk. Also made to feel very comfortable when relatives and visitors arrive.

The home is run well. It is nice and clean and the staff are well mannered to their clients and visitors. I am waiting for a larger room as my wheelchair is fairly large due to my needs but the room I've got is nice just a bit tiny for the staff to manage to hoist easily. I am reasonably happy here. I am also waiting for an adapted car and when it arrives my parents will be able to take me out more. At present I enjoy sitting in the courtyard when the weather is good. My parents like being there with me too.
