I was very grateful for this Service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barnfield.

When I went to see Mum I ask one of the staff if they new were mum was as she could have in any of the three rooms straight away she told us. I feel resured that mum is cared for and safe.

Made very welcome when my husband Keith first arrived from Norfolk. Also made to feel very comfortable when relatives and visitors arrive.

The home is run well. It is nice and clean and the staff are well mannered to their clients and visitors. I am waiting for a larger room as my wheelchair is fairly large due to my needs but the room I've got is nice just a bit tiny for the staff to manage to hoist easily. I am reasonably happy here. I am also waiting for an adapted car and when it arrives my parents will be able to take me out more. At present I enjoy sitting in the courtyard when the weather is good. My parents like being there with me too.

Living here is really good. The food is excellent. The activities are very enriching.

My aunty has settled in very well. I know she is very well looked after.

My mom came to the care home very reluctantly. She's really enjoying the care home. Staff are very friendly and caring. No job is too big for them to do. Very efficient regarding my mom's health. Staff are approachable. Friendly and kind. Senior staff. The deputy manager and Kathy are very accommodating. Thank you. :)

My name is Gill and during the past few weeks my beautiful friend of 41 years has resided at Barnfield care home. I cannot even begin to describe the kindness and true caring of every single staff member . They don't just turn up to work they arrive to make a difference to each and every resident in their care .My friend was very poorly on arriving at the home and sadly passed away on Monday . I was permitted to stay by his bedside for over 48 hrs . I watched in awe as hour after hour regular as clockwork ,day and night ,staff came into the room to wash , to turn, to change , to medicate , whatever was needed to ensure that comfort was always at the forefront .My friend was never ignored any changes or discomfort acted upon immediately with district nurses called who arrived within minutes . I too was shown such kindness and I will genuinely never forget this wonderful family that is Barnfield Care home staff at a truly sad time .

My mother has been a resident of Longmoor Lodge for several years. She has been well looked after and her health has been taken care of professionally. The staff are very good and very attentive.

I find the services provided and staff are very good and friendly.

I think this care home is second to none. All the staff are friendly and approachable, manager and deputy manager are just amazing. Any problems, however small, are dealt with immediately. The entertainment is wonderful, the residents have always got something going on to keep them occupied, the entertainment lady is kind, thoughtful and inclusive - mum loves her as do we all.

I am made to feel welcome. Staff are more like family members. Staff are very helpful and courteous.

My dads been with Longmoor Lodge for about 4 years he has been very well looked after in every way possible. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They always make me feel very welcome. On my visits I like that they involves me with all his care and medication if anything is to change they let me know. My dad is happy and content being at Longmoor, I would like to thank all the staff and home manager for all there hard work.
