I can only say that everyone I have met so far in the home have been extremely helpful, socialble and professional. All the staff are friendly normally have a smile on their faces and cannot do enough for people in their care and for visitors. The building itself is always well presented and clean with
various areas for people to get out of their rooms. Wildlife around the home is abundant so they most like it as well!!

My brother came into this care home 3 weeks ago. I am active visiting care home from my church taking communion to sick people so I have first hand experience in what I see but I was so impressed with the first visit and the staff are outstanding in their welcome care of the residents and nothing is
too much trouble, I will happily recommend this care home to others, I leave feeling my brother is in well cared for.

From the moment my husband arrived at Ingleby care home from hospital the management and staff have gone above and beyond to make him comfortable. He has complex needs and can be very hard work they have reassured me so much. I have seen first hand how caring and supportive they are with him. He is
so relaxed with them all and it's so lovely to hear him laughing with them.
I go home with out worrying which is something I never thought would be possible
His room Is so lovely looking onto the gardens. Kept beautifully clean. I have visited a number of care homes previously which had a smell when you walked through the door. This care home is spotless with no smell at all.
The staff are very proud to work here and give 100 %..
I highly recommend Ingelby Care Home.

The home is lovely and the staff are outstanding. The only issue I have is that clothes do not come back to his room. I have started taking his washing home due to this. My husband seems to have settled in but obviously would prefer to be home. I am unsure as to wether his full medication is being given,
and need to speak about this with staff, depending on the time I get here this is sometimes not possible as staff that do the medication are not on shift to speak with.
Reply from Antony Gatley, Manager at The Gables Care Home

Thank you for the review. I know we have since met and had a discussion regarding laundry and medications. If you would like to meet again or on a regular basis please do not hesitate to contact me or a member of my team and we will be more than happy to sit and chat about this. Any member of senior staff can discuss medication with you as per the prescribed MAR charts.

The staff are amazing. We are so happy with the care that our Nanny is getting. The staff are all so kind and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure that Nanny is comfortable and has everything she needs. The activities they run are great and hearing her talk about all the things that she's been
up to is really wonderful, and it's certainly clear that she's happy there!

We can't tell you how lucky we feel to have hit the jackpot first time with this lovely care home. They have been looking after our beautiful mum who has Alzheimer's for the last few months. Mum's care is outstanding. She is cared for, loved and most importantly, safe. If you are considering The
Beeches then don't hesitate. There are lots of activities for fun and stimulation, trips out, cinema excursions, movie days, flower arranging, crafts, gardening. The list is endless. There is even a hairdressers and a 'cafe'.

My mum was recently rushed into hospital from her Care Home. I travelled to support her and needed to call back and for to her Care Home to pick up clothes or drop off laundry. I was very struck by the care and compassion the staff showed, taking a genuine interest in my mum's wellbeing, asking me to
let her know they were thinking of her. I was very touched by this. They were also so pleased to see my mum return - a real sign of their relationship with her.

I live a long way from the Care Home, so I rely heavily on telephone contact. Staff are always courteous and helpful when I phone and helping to ensure my mum can get the best from my calls. They are good at keeping me informed which is so important to me. I value that immensely.

We visited my sister, coming from Canada, between April 6 to 20. We visited my sister several times during that time. We found all of the staff and carers very friendly and helpful who assisted us in anything we asked or needed. My sister's care was first-class and very caring. The home was clean, the
food was first class, we couldn't have asked anything more, our sister is in great hands, and we couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend. Thank you.

We used this care home as the only one available for emergency respite when we needed it, the reviews were not good, but we decided to give it a try as we are a hands-on family and would be there quite a lot anyway, I would urge anyone to give this home a chance, make your own mind up, the staff here
are fantastic and go above and beyond to look after the residents emotionally and physically.
