Jenny is really good and is always available to talk to. Staff are caring with residents and will contact me or my sister when needed. Care home is really clean and well kept.

My dad stayed at The Beeches for 3 weeks convalescence. He enjoyed his time there. All the staff are friendly and chatty, making all the family feel welcome. The room was bright and sunny and clean. The staff understood the importance of hydration, to help him, monitored his fluid intake and encouraged him to drink. The food was very good, helping him gain weight. We felt he was safe there and his health improved quicker than we had expected. He liked all the staff and was happy with his care.

on behalf of my mother and myself l would like to say what an amazing group of people work at the beeches. the level of care / compassion and humour shown by these wonderful people is truly amazing. always interacting with the residents and don't get me started on the amount of food and drinks ! My mother put weight on . I really can't see how the beeches could be improved. thank you all xx also a big shout out to kendra who is an absolute power house

My mam has settled in great she has been there since February, all the staff are really friendly, easy to approach, really easy to talk to about anything at all, they are so nice and patient with my mam, I cannot fault them with anything, my mam has her own few favourites, its like my second home too, its such a nice environment to be in and the activities are great to get the residents and family involved

Lovely clean spaces. Delicious food. Plenty of personal care and conversations and interactions all positive and fun. My aunt is very happy here and has never been so happy in years. All staff warm and friendly.

The staff are kind, caring and compassionate and always treat residents with dignity, respect and patience. I feel reassured that our loved one is being cared for in a safe and friendly environment: we have been extremely pleased with the care and support provided.

The wife's review went as well as could be expected. I was included in the review and my interventions listened too.

All the staff are very helpful and very friendly. We have no worries about my dad. The home is always clean.

My Mum went into The Beeches for rehab following a hip replacement after a fall. When we went to look round the manager explained the process in full and was extremely professional. During the 2 weeks my mum was there, the care she received was second to none. Carers were amazing, kind, considerate, gentle, friendly, loving and respectful especially in the last few days of her life. Can't thank them enough.

I was placed in Mandale House for rehab purposes, and my overall experience was very positve. Every one of the staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, and I came out a lot stronger than when I went in. A massive thanks to everyone.

I have found all aspects of care for my sister excellent. The staff have a happy and caring attitude towards the patients and their families, The rooms are clean and comfortable with every facility which may be required. The food is excellent and of a very high quality and they cater for everyone's needs.

My mother in law stayed at The Beeches initially in an assement bed and then returned to stay until her passing. Without exception every member of staff showed her love and care from her first, to very last day. I would think you could struggle to find better care in a hospice setting. I am eternally thankful and grateful she was there.

My friend Vera, says she likes being at Queens Meadow and regards it as her home now. So I see this as a very good recommendation of the home.

Always feel safe and secure in the nursing home. A change of management has certainly brought a much better atmosphere The carers we now have fall over backwards to help in every way possible and I get along with them all. It is always such a friendly experience. Activities are excellent, covering a wide range. Food is very good apart from some agency staff we occassionally have to use.

I have visited a friend who is a resident. As a former care home employee I was very impressed by the staff approach and care of the residents. My friend has shown lots of encouragement where needed and apporapriate support.The home stands out as being very well maintained and presented. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Plenty of staff at hand and very welcoming.

Wonderful - Our parents are well cared for in a family atmosphere. All the team are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Both our parents have never looked so well. Our thanks to you all. Both our parents have Dementia - but different forms and the staff team, go above and beyond to support their individual care needs.

I think the care home is brilliant it helps all residents that are in there care. The home is clean and tidy all the time and they do lots of activities that some of residents love they should also try get all residents that are not bed bound joining in
