From the moment you walk in, the home is always clean, welcoming & has a great atmosphere. The staff are genuinely kind, friendly & always take time to chat, not only with residents but family members too. The management team are incredibly visible & involved which is great. There is nearly always something going on activity wise. Dad seems happy/settled & content & that means everything. I'm grateful to everyone for creating such a caring, supportive & welcoming environment

My mother seems very happy at Homefields & that's what's important to me & our family. The staff are great & very helpful. The rooms are clean & tidy & my mother enjoys the activities the care home organises.

It's now been 18 months since my husband came to homefield house, I can't thank the whole team enough, from carers to management for the care and attention he receive on a daily basis, I visit daily and see not only the care my husband receives but also of the other residents as well. All nurses and staff are kind and caring and seem to have a real relationship to my Mum. It's a welcoming place that's always bright and tidy. My Mum seems happy and content there and the staff seem really understanding of her conditions (dementia, etc)

My friend was moved to Homefield House in December 2025 and has blossomed from the love and care she has received since moving in. She had previously lived at Homefield house and we wanted her back there as we knew how wonderful the team are and it's like she's gone home. In the 3 years since she was there, pretty much all the staff are the same - which says something! The home is calm, warm, bright and welcoming. It has a relaxing atmosphere and I really can not praise the people who work there enough. They genuinely care and look after everybody with dignity and compassion and are led by residents needs, with big smiles on their faves. Homefield house is - in my opinion - a 5star home, led by a 5star manager and her team. We are so lucky that we managed to get our friend back here, to be looked after so well. The units are cosy and feel homely, the atrium provides light and space and the bedrooms are a great size. Absolutely fabulous care home.

Care given was first class by both nurses and carers and the understanding, assistance and care given by the manager, deputy manager and administration staff also first class.

This was a very big step for us, taking Dad to a home, but we feel very lucky to have found this one.

I could not ask for any more than has been provided for both my parents.

My wife continues to receive excellent care, attention and is very happy. Staff really engage with her. Many thanks to you all.

The house is outstanding, the staff are absolutely fantastic, would not want my Dad anywhere else. The care he receives is next to nothing. The care they show him is fantastic. It's clean, smells amazing and I am over the moon he is safe and well cared for.

In fact, she was so 'at home and happy there' I had almost forgotten she'd only just arrived about 3 hours earlier! To record the moment and take back to my father made him happy to see as well. Conclusion is that everyone is very happy. Thank you all so much.

The past few months have been totally positive. My husband settled in quickly and is very relaxed with his new carers and nurses. When I or family members visit, we are treated with a smile and made to feel welcome. We are kept updated on my husband's health and are invited to join them for some activities.

The greatest testimony of all is how long some of the staff have worked at Homefield. You wouldn't stay for all those years if this was not a great experience for residents and staff. Thank you all for everything you do.

Quite happy here. Staff are all very pleasant. I enjoy the food. I enjoy taking part in the activities offered.

My mother has settled well into Homefield House. The staff are brilliant and are very caring towards all in the home. The kitchen produces really good food for all. All staff know the residents and chat as they pass through the home. My brother and I are more than happy with Mum's care and we are always kept informed of Mum's care. A warm and comfortable place for all.
