Staff are professional helpful and always kind whilst helping mum to engage in a relaxed and friendly manner.

We were very apprehensive of how my mother in law would settle. The staff have supported both my mother in law and her family in this transition. There is a homely environment within the home and everyone are very supportive and friendly.

Excellent staff very helpful and always caring for my husband he has been here quite a while xx always let me know when anything is wrong the kichen staff need to be recognised the staff and care people always find me a lovely drink and food if needed .,,

It was a difficult decision for my Mum to have to move into a care home but after her living at Llwyn Teg for the last two and a half years now I have great confidence that she has the best possible care and genuinely would not want her to live in any other care home.

Llwyn Teg is a pleasant care home, providing good quality care. The day care staff work extremely hard, long hours but are always smiling and willing to help when needed. The building is tidy and the grounds are attractive.

A very pleasant care home that suits all my mother's needs, i.e., hygiene, eating, activities, friendship, etc. Home is of immaculate decoration and very easy to navigate with wheelchair. Lots of communal space and staff are simply amazing. Nothing is too much to do to look after the residents daily. Overall, a fine and wonderful place to be (our happiness is key also, and we are so).

My 92 year old dad was taken here after a long stay in hospital, originally on respite but is now very happy to be a full time resident. I always tell him he's being very spoilt there and I'm going to book a week in there! His care is second to none, and all the staff have a really good rapport with the residents and visitors alike. He loves the meals and the carers there. His room is perfect for him, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone considering care for a loved one

The staff are absolutely amazing and really care for the residents they look after. The residents are well looked after, the home is extremely clean and attention to the small but important details to make residents lives as happy as possible.

Llwyn Teg is such a lovely, caring residential home. I'm happy that mum is receiving the best possible care constantly being shown dignity and respect by all staff. Mum is very settled and is very happy living at Llwyn Teg.

My brother seems happy, well-fed, looked after very well. He is settled, and often has someone keeping him company. When we visit the staff are always welcoming. It's the front line staff that make the difference. Just keep doing the same great job.

Have found the care home staff to be professional in their duties but with a caring attitude to all residents. The home has a comfortable 'home from home' feeling and residents appear contented and at ease. Reports from our relative state that the food is good and they are accommodating to individual needs if needed. It makes it easier knowing your relative is being well cared for and in a safe environment

The place is always clean and tidy.

Lovely to actually see where mum is staying. Everyone seems so helpful and chatty. Activities (that I saw) were well adapted for the elderly!! Thank you!

Llwyn teg is a very happy nice nursing home,the staff and all the workers involved in running the home are very kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble for them, the rooms are nice and clean and the gardens are all nice and tidy and there are lots of activities going on

What an absolutely fantastic care home. The staff at Llwyn Teg really do go the extra mile to ensure every resident is treated with care, compassion and the utmost respect. My father loves the place, and speaks positively about every member of staff. I know he's safe, and being well cared for by a team who work seamlessly together to provide the very best care available. Thank you to all the staff at Llwyn Teg.

Lovely to see my great aunt involved with the arts and crafts throughout the year. And seeing pictures of what they do. Nice to see the interaction with the younger generation by singing, parachute games etc. Keep up the good work.

This is a special care home indeed! The day care staff are incredibly attentive, they are always smiling and engaging with the residents. I am always made to feel welcome whenever I visit. It's lovely to hear the use of the Welsh language within the home. It's a delightful home, which I recommend.

It is a traumatic event when someone you've lived with for 60 years has to leave home to be cared for elsewhere. So it was for me a crushing, emotion. The staff at Cartref were amazing - understanding, helpful, friendly and everything that made the place a 'home'. This has continued for the months my wife has lived there and no praise is too high for the place and the wonderful staff.

I would definitely recommend Cartref Dyfi

As with my previous stays all was hunky dorey! I especially enjoyed the marvellous visit of Bramble the dinosaur. I ached with laughter! I'm very grateful for the use of the pub where I can read to my hearts content.
